    What a SHAME to tear this gorgeous solidly built house with so much character down. Why?
    Because a pipe burst?
    That damage can be relatively easily fixed. If you have the money to buy the property and rebuild something else, you can fix this place up just as well.
    People are so dm wasteful.

    • @brucebeamon5460
      @brucebeamon5460 4 месяца назад +6

      I could be wrong but I was thinking the intent was to get rid of the house in order to put their own vision on the property…. So they just turned off the heating system with out a second thought. That is when the pipes burst.

      @@brucebeamon5460 Thats exactly it. Bigger homes such as that one tend to be personalized to an extent, and it would be more likely for people to want to build their own rather than live in someone elses creation.

      If they feel the need to build a custom home they should buy an empty lot. There are many potential buyers out there that would love to have this home just the way it is.

    First time I’ve ever wondered who the architect was that built a home/Mansion they must be turning in their grave with disgust …. It ( to Me ) is considered an ABOMINATION that THIS property is headed into demolition … WHY did the person that bought the property HAVE to use this site for whatever they plain to put here … I’m certain it will not compare to this.

    • @francoamerican4632
      @francoamerican4632 4 месяца назад +4

      @KevTech1 They should build their dream home in a vacant lot or tear down an existing house that's unremarkable aesthetically/historically. Tearing down an existing home to build a new one is wasteful and unnecessary.
      That having been said, tearing down the house in this video is justified due to the extensive mold problem. It's unfortunate that the former owners lagged on the upkeep and let it get to such a state of disrepair.

So much thought and planning has gone in to this house it is far too good to demolish it could be made absolutely stunning once again.

    We loved this property. So I recall a different tract of land was purchased for a golf course and then it was put on I think this property and the other tract of land was stolen. The basketball court was a movie room. Prior to that I beleive it was a little ADU concept. That like the property maintenance person lived at. But when issues of safety became a matter it was built out to be a space that can accommodate for a few days in matters of safety. At the time I dont recall any neighbors but with some families only one person had a really nice home and the space could accommodate shelting a few people. Then a person who was sent on matters of safety a Swiss concept as usual did modifications to make it more nicer and not properly safe concept. When built out the concept was we could shelter for a week with people and have enough ration storage to do so. Well, then terroists showed up on matters of rations. Then a differnt terrorist did more modifications to make it uber nice party friendly. It's just retarded what ongoes. The space where he called it a guest house I beleive was where the equine lived and they trained in the space where it looks like a tennis court. It was a beautiful place and very average at approach to maintain privacy.
