This is likely a licensing arrangement, probably the IP holder not wanting to do articulated figure for whatever reason. I mean it is not like any other company is doing Warcraft/Diablo/Fallout action figure, they just don't wanna do it.
This came out really good. I’m not familiar with the character nor the show that’s based on game but I am familiar with the actor. He was awesome as the villain/sort of a anti hero in justified. If u did plan on using that body again or something similar, u could use the neck from a G. I. Joe figure since they have similar neck joints.
