It is a form of s3xual assault to take/post non-consensual photos of a person naked or in their underwear. This woman could end up in jail and spending the rest of her life as a registered s3x offender. I know this because someone I knew pulled the whole revenge against their ex girlfriend by posting the nudes he had of her online, even though he took the photos (meaning he had ownership rights of the photos) and she consented to having the photos taken the explicit nature of them meant that it was illegal for him to share them without her consent. I feel like changing rooms should have stalls. Shared changing areas are a massive deterrent for people like me, who absolutely cannot deal with sharing that kind of a space with anyone.
I fully support fully individual toilets but i can't see this one being feasible, sadly. The added costs to toilets is like $2500/seat and could easily pay off by simply sidestepping the trans issue altogether. Individual changing rooms with suitable capacity for a gym (even a small one like my own) is an endeavour at easily 15k/spot (and that's with brazilian building standards)
@@lastmanstanding7155 more or less anywhere i've been active, it is a legal requirement for a changing room to have a shower (or "enough showers to satisfy reasonable demand" in some places)
@@angrydragonslayer I don't think it's that much of a stretch to have rooms or stalls connected to the shower area that people can walk to in order to change in private. Kind of just like bathroom stalls but without the toilet and stuff. It could be right across from the showers, or in an adjacent room between the showers and lockers. Or even just individual shower stalls with a second room that can be used for changing before/after showering. I haven't gone swimming in awhile but I know I've seen some pools or beach areas that have something like that.
Every gym ive been in has had a rule about no photos or sometimes even phones out in the open in locker rooms, can't even imagine someone pulling that crap. There's no way the lady was THAT stupid, she totally wanted to bully her.
someone points out that the sign in the picture states no photos or video allowed. she 100% knew what she was doing at the time and then had her chance to get out of it later when putting text on said photo to bully, but chose to proceed on this path. she deserves what she got.... unless it turns out someone has physically harmed her over this.
@@frug5629 Bro, i'm addicted to the internet, i would never do anything like this. This is something only n*rcissists do, don't lump me in with people like that who are PURE EVIL. >_>
The fact that there is any question about the unspoken rules. They are unspoken because they are obvious, like how at a restaurant there is the unspoken rule that you don't use the silverware to stab people in the face. Maybe someone on Twitter would prefer clear instructions on that subject as well.
Original post from the one taking this picture posted it with captions and descriptions flaming the naked woman... She was overtly aware, she just didn't give a sht, she wanted to smear someone, and publicly humiliate them... And n*rcissists typically do that when they feel slighted in some way, shape or form. Naked lady probably told the n*rcissist off about something in the gym earlier that day, probably making the n*rc feel humiliated, so the n*rc held a grudge against her all day, waiting for her to go to the locker room to change, just so she could post that and humiliate her back, with interest. That's how petty, and evil n*rcissists are. :P I've been victim to a smear campaign, myself... Over youtube, soemthing i said in the comments of a video of a girl claiming to have "godlike aim" when she was using Aim-Assist to help her aim (Console player), so she made a smear campaign video of me with clown music in the background and everything (it was quite spectacular), though as per the usual, n*rcissists don't actually have self-awareness, so i KNEW nobody was going to take her side on the matter, which is why i took the liberty of giving her smear video of me MORE publicity, by posting links to it under one of the videos of mine... And now, her youtube channel has 0 videos, she either hid them all, or deleted them all... xD Seems familiar, right? The lady in this video did the same thing... Internally they realize they were wrong, but, can't ever externally admit it, so they erase all evidence/proof of them being in the wrong, so that they can keep claiming they've done no wrong to other people, or even that THEY were the victim, it's like maintaining a delusion, basically, but it's more about maintaining a public image. :P N*rcissists are inherently evil.
This is why I absolutely hate appearing in the background of random people's photos, even when I'm walking outside fully clothed. I'll avoid it as much as I can. Unless it's something I'm prepared for (like in a wedding), I don't even like to appear in group photos or vlogs of people I know most of the time. I would be mortified and lose my shit if someone tried to expose me this way without any shame, that poor lady.
Ew... Thats just so creepy, the moment you saw that other person naked you should've MOVED if that photo was so important for you (which it shouldn't be). That just made me feel icky.
Imagine thinking it's normal to take a picture of someone who's undressed without their consent, permission or even knowing you're taking it, then post it online. The levels of narcissism and genuine lack of empathy displayed in the choices that lead to this are off the fucking charts. I hate people with the "I'm the main character" syndrome.
1:15 a rookie mistake would be taking the picture, realizing it was wrong to take the picture there / not have people (naked or otherwise) in the background. Adding a comment about the nude woman and posting it, that's where it becomes both malicious and (likely) illegal.
My hope is that other gyms in the area have in some way, either by the original gym or by their own members who know about this, get informed about her, have her face on file, and don't let her in their spaces either. You don't belong around public spaces where people may be in vulnerable situations if having the bare minimum of courtesy is too much to ask for
As someone that goes to gym regularly i can say that it's one of the friendliest places you can be. Everyone that is in their mainly minds their own business and most of the time if someone see's that you need help with either having a proper form or you're struggling with your set they will come and help. The Gym is mainly a place where people go to better themselves not just in health but also mentally too. Joey Is a Gem and hopefully one day these type of gym people can grow up and mind their own business.
Locker rooms aren't counted as public spaces for purposes like photography, generally speaking. This means you can and very likely will be running risks that include revenge pr0n charges should any of your photos make it online.
Gym is one of those places that seems to encourage me to do better, no matter how you look or how much you weight, like one of my friend/trainer sez, "Even if you look overweight, but you're HERE, that means you are TRYING to be better, and there's no mocking that". 88kgs (fr 113kgs) and still going.
I am so glad she got her gym membership revoked. No one should be allowed in a gym locker room if they are going to do what she did. I do hope that this doesn't happen again in the future.
This gym guy is a great person, he be defending and fighting against these types of people trying to be gym creeps or accusing of men looking at them by setting up a camera. These types of people are have no morals or respect for people, and it’s for instagram or tiktok clout.
Yeah..... No... That woman deserves to get either sued or arrested for that kind of behavior.... I get selfies cant really be used much as evidence for cases as such since almost the entire population of humanity takes selfies but, considering she did this for body shaming clout online. That should just be considered at least public indecency assault or something like, She PURPOSEFULLY took a photo of a stranger minding their own business changing & posted it online w/o their consent... She SHOULD be sued or arrested for that kind of damage she did to a complete stranger..... Im glad she lost her damn membership but, she deserves a lot worse than just being stripped away of her membership for posting a photo of a stranger minding their own business while they were changing for clout
i feel like ''casual shaming'' needs to come back, not relentlessly bullying people into the dirt, but a stern reminder of how to behave properly. like the guy said ''do better, mind your own business''
I love joey, trying to bring peace in the space most us are scared of to every place needs a joey to this was common sense my god! Saw someone naked but still posted it and once it's online *it's there FOREVER!* in the most grim ways we keep seeing the effects to if you think far enough you're sanity will take critical damage.
Voyeurism laws were broke (pictures taken in bathrooms/locker rooms of unsuspecting people is a crime in all states if I recall correctly.) I hope the victim is notified by the gym, and criminal charges are filed.
What a vile person to take ANY photograph in a locker room (or...changing room as they are also called. There is a hint in the name there - people will be 'changing). I am so pleased the gym have acted in the correct / moral way. Thanks to you for bringing this to wide audience.
The gym should have notified the victim as well to inform her of the situation and also to inform her the the perpetrator's membership was cancelled. Not sure what the legaleese is in the membership form so I'm not sure if the gym could be held liable also; but the victim could easily take the perpetrator to civil court and sue her into oblivion.
Who the hell takes pictures in a dressing room?! Weirdo behavior. That’s not a “rookie” mistake. We all grew up and went to school where we have to change in the schools locker room for gym. If you weren’t allowed to take pictures there, wtf would make you think you can take pictures of naked folks in public gyms while the are NAKED???
I hope the gym also contacted other gyms in the area. They should blacklist her from the gyms in the town. I don’t know if they could blacklist her from the entire nation, but forcing her to go another town away or even several towns is definitely something they should do.
I'm not 100% sure how harsh the repercussions are for taking nude pictures of someone without their consent, but I believe you can get fined or sued for it. Maybe even arrested, considering that this is in a setting where privacy is expected.

@@angrydragonslayer
Toilets? It's literally just a tiny changing room with a possible bench and metal hangers screwed on.
Glad to see good people out there, and even better to see good businesses making good decisions.
Can't stop the Swoll
Every gym ive been in has had a rule about no photos or sometimes even phones out in the open in locker rooms, can't even imagine someone pulling that crap. There's no way the lady was THAT stupid, she totally wanted to bully her.
100%, she did it on purpose to try to gain clout off embarassing this poor woman. Complete scum.
someone points out that the sign in the picture states no photos or video allowed. she 100% knew what she was doing at the time and then had her chance to get out of it later when putting text on said photo to bully, but chose to proceed on this path. she deserves what she got.... unless it turns out someone has physically harmed her over this.
Only a simp would say that what she did was a " rookie mistake." good on the gym for taking action.
It's enough people have gotten too comfortable recording strangers, but this??? God, it really is like we're evolving backwards-
If nothing else. Let this serve as a lesson to why you NEVER allow yourself to get addicted to the internet. You turn into creeps like this.
Joey Swoll is a decent dude, the world needs self-improvement and positive vibes.
Glad it got a relatively nice ending.
To be fair, her malignant narcissism probably prevented her from even seeing that there were other people in the mirror.
I've been victim to a smear campaign, myself... And now, her youtube channel has 0 videos, she either hid them all, or deleted them all... xD
Seems familiar, right? The lady in this video did the same thing... Internally they realize they were wrong, but, can't ever externally admit it, so they erase all evidence/proof of them being in the wrong, so that they can keep claiming they've done no wrong to other people, or even that THEY were the victim, it's like maintaining a delusion, basically, but it's more about maintaining a public image. :P
N*rcissists are inherently evil.
The caption she wrote was all about the other person in the photo.
So to be fair, is to know that she knew exactly what she was doing.
was orange lady cheeked up though
She clearly knew what she is doing. And that would attract certain people that would eventually find her.
yea
You don't belong around public spaces where people may be in vulnerable situations if having the bare minimum of courtesy is too much to ask for
Isn't this an offence that earns one a cell in a prison?
Wow. That full-on smash the code of conduct with any Change / Locker room. Hope she gets sued...
Joey Swoll seems like a pretty chill guy honestly
He's an upstanding gym-bro!
That woman should go to jail.
F to the guy that put his hands up and then got mag dumped
"You fucked up, Missy"
I hope whoever the woman is is suing that disgusting freak for taking a picture of her.
I am so glad she got her gym membership revoked. No one should be allowed in a gym locker room if they are going to do what she did. I do hope that this doesn't happen again in the future.
You know there's gotta be some weirdos on twitter angry at Joey
Cameras should be banned from gyms. That's the easiest solution.
The gym is the ONE PLACE you're seriously not allowed to bodyshame anyone at all
i feel like ''casual shaming'' needs to come back, not relentlessly bullying people into the dirt, but a stern reminder of how to behave properly. like the guy said ''do better, mind your own business''
So unprofessional and disrespectful. Glad shes banned from the gym.
At first I just saw the thumbnail and thought 'oh crap HONOKA WHAT DID YOU DO?!' 🤣
1:47 I like how you checked again to be sure the surrendering guy you pumped an entire clip into is actually down.
What was she thinking? Oh, wait...
That idea of gym culture is a good thing. Gym culture should be a place for physical self-improvement and supporting that self improvement
Good on the gym for taking action and in a timely fashion as well
I love joey, trying to bring peace in the space most us are scared of to every place needs a joey to this was common sense my god!
Saw someone naked but still posted it and once it's online *it's there FOREVER!* in the most grim ways we keep seeing the effects to if you think far enough you're sanity will take critical damage.
1:36 you put enough lead in that man to kill king kong man I swear lmao
jeez! some people just doesn't have any common sense and decency.
That's not rookie mistake, that's an ignorant mistake.
It's good to know that the appropriate action was taken.
Victim should definitely sue her for 10,000$ in civil court.
People need to relearn “mind your own business,” in a hurry. Generation Snitch is due stitches.
Voyeurism laws were broke (pictures taken in bathrooms/locker rooms of unsuspecting people is a crime in all states if I recall correctly.) I hope the victim is notified by the gym, and criminal charges are filed.
And you can still find them in porn sites and internet in general.
@@killertruth186 Too bad most victims don't realize that they are victims until after the statue of limitations has passed if they even find out.
People like those are the sole reason I'm insecure of joining gym to this day
Clouts one hell of a drug huh?
I don’t really understand why people take mirror selfies at the gym? Do they not have mirrors at home??
I hope the gym also contacted other gyms in the area. They should blacklist her from the gyms in the town. I don’t know if they could blacklist her from the entire nation, but forcing her to go another town away or even several towns is definitely something they should do.
On the bright side, you ever tried canceling your gym membership?
At least she doesn't have to pay a cancelation fee and 6 months of miscommunication 💀
Their thank you is very corporate like lol, sounds more robotic than sincere 😅
I'm not 100% sure how harsh the repercussions are for taking nude pictures of someone without their consent, but I believe you can get fined or sued for it. Maybe even arrested, considering that this is in a setting where privacy is expected.
Gyms are so awesome you just go there to better your self. Its great to see others like yourself doing the same.
nah bro its depressing, im the only skeleton lookin ass in my gym, and i have seen hundreds of people come to our gym regularly, not a single one of them is like me, they all are better :I
@@ObsidianOsama Hey. I’m so sorry if you’ve been made to feel horrible about yourself that way.
As a former thin and underweight person myself, I can certainly hear you on seeing other people and feeling insecure, and it sometimes still happens for me.
Still, if you ever need to hear it, there’s certainly no shame in being at a starting point like that for your fitness journey.
You can be at a healthy goal. I know that progress can definitely feel slow, but every little bit does contribute towards that healthy goal. I’ll be rooting for you!
@@CloudyWolf713 yeah im trying my best to not quit, its hard, sometimes i just want to stay in my room and not go socialize with anyone, I also wear full sleeve shirt since im very insecure about my arms, Its not the gym excercises, believe me i have seen progress but my weight is the real problem, it just doesn't go up, no matter what i try
@@ObsidianOsama Ah. I see.
If I may ask, what’s your diet like?
I hope she gets the capital punishment.
The local DA should treat this as a case of "revenge porn" and press charges accordingly.
I can’t find it in me to share a space with a camera w word.
the charges should be no different then creeps photographing people in the bathroom or spy cams.
Well done to the man for exposing that toxic female.
Clout needs to be recognized as a mental illness
I hope she sues the heck out of her 😠
I hope she gets sued or something, major invasion of privacy.
2:54 joe has such a dorky smile hahaha gave me a nice chuckle
Literally happens all the time in my gym
Most states have outlawed photos in restrooms/changing rooms for apparently not so obvious reasons

That aside it's really admirable to see gyms take these tones of attitude very seriously. I think that ever since he started making waves on Twitter it has for the most part changed a lot of how these situations are handled. ^^
2023?! I must be high I coulda swore I saw this shit YEARS ago! Damn am I having a Berenstain Bears moment?
Some people simply walk socially blindfolded through society, otherwise i cant explain something like this
making fun of someone being naked while having an OF
The worse thing about common sense is that it ain't as common as we thought it was.
This is cause of no consequences for one's actions.
Use to work at a gym there are actually rules against taking photos or recording in some gyms period without permission from the staff
You will get chewed out at any gym for even just taking selfies in a locker room BY YOUR SELF if you're caught, let alone when other people are around
How this person thought this was OK, regardless of the reasoning, is beyond me. They have signs in most places informing you not to take ANY pictures yet people still do this shit.
