Why won't my door handle open from the outside VW Golf MK2

Hi there! Worn piston rings.If the piston rings are worn out, oil can leak past them into the combustion chamber. From there, it can enter the intake manifold through the PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation)

What is the glue/epoxy used to fix the trim piece/cover back on the door handle?
