There was a time when artist who only used live instruments complained about people who used knobs in the studio and made voices sound better than they can do live. Now people with knobs in a studio are complaining about A.I. There are still some strange things with Suno, but I am finally creating songs I have had stuck in my head for donkey years, they are literally in music now and "I don't want to blow my own trumpet" but they sound better than a lot of music I listen to now. Actually having something stuck in your head, and not being able to get it out in the format you want, is a little bit like torture. Also, now I am getting the songs out in music, I am attempting to move on to studio producing and hopefully will start learning the piano this year too. Live music, studio producing and A.I can all compliment and inspire each other. A.I can help people who never would have got the time day in a real studio to produce their own music, and it gives us more to listen to. I don't know about Perry Griffin though lol.
Exactly! Thanks for sharing your thoughts! @DavidJohnson-dc8lu I Totally agree, You make a great point and interesting comparison between the resistance to knobs and AI in music creation! New tools always face pushback at first. Also totally agree that live music, studio production, and AI can all inspire each other. Sounds like you're on a creative roll - learning piano and diving into producing is awesome!
Thank you for sharing this, I've been writing and producing music for years. Now I can finally release the creativity that's been stuck in my head with no restraints.
How I envision the post-Suno near future: untalented masses will flood every platform with trite mostly-AI music (which is just a continuation of mainstream manmade "vapidization" trend). Pop giants (whoever own 1970-2020 back catalog) and middleman mega sharks like Spotify will become bigger and more monopolistic and devouring. Already underpaid not-vapid major/niche artists will all suffer. Tiktok's fight with UMG is not necessarily a bad thing in the mid run. My fantasy is next-gen long form music/video players like RUclips/G and old giants Microsoft will surprise us with new pro-artists MERITOCRATIC platforms. Who knows, new mavericks Nvidia/OpenAI may get in the true democratized, win-win artist-to-enduser platform game. I suspect it's happening. Meanwhile watch the orcas fight sharks. Small fish in the ocean, stay safe, brace.
A lot of people are asking however, it has nothing to do with AI, which is why I haven't covered it on this channel. I use Adobe After Effects for this. However, if you're looking for an easier soultion which does use AI you can watch this video here: ruclips.net/video/RimeZ1lxoHY/видео.html

People can either embrace AI, or let it surprise them in the future. It can't be stopped.🥰
