the bike came in for a kick starter that would not turn over the motor. the motor was locked solid or was it? follow along as you see what we found and how we fixed it.

For that clutch adjustment screw I use a plug socket with a long skinny flathead through the socket and use a crescent on the socket. Helps the screw from moving on you as you turn the locknut.

How hard is it to remove the old gasket and Gaskacinch when you need to re-do it in the future?

before it gets baked on it comes off fairly easily with my gasket scraper. the gasket is a goner most every time.
