Hey Adriana it's lovely to meet You! The reason I measure in grams and mls is because cup measurements are different in some countries. Which means if I put things in cup measurements some people would get some odd looking results, and since baking is a science I decided the best way to ensure everyone is accurate is to have things in grams and mls. Most (if not all) kitchen scales will measure in grams. I've had a lot of people saying the same thing. Unfortunately if I change everything to cups I'd get a lot more people saying their cupcakes have come out wrong. I hope this helps clear things up for you 😉🌟 Nick :0) x

Absolutely! It will need to baked a little longer though. I've not tried all of them as cakes but I'd try baking them for 30 min and then check them with a skewer. :0) x

So I want to ask you why do you. always start from dry ingredients, then butter, and then you add so much milk? All recipes of cupcakes I've seen was another:you just have to mix everything together, and milk:just 2 tbsp. So why? Waiting for your answer Tnx a lot
Hey Hilal! Thanks for the kind words. The reason I do things in this order is because I want to give the batter time to mix properly and in the process, aerate to help it rise in the oven. The amount of milk you described sounds like the amount you might use for cookies. The amount I use in my recipes is pretty standard for cupcake recipes. But all recipes are different. Hope this helps answer you question. The reason I add yogurt is to help keep the cupcake moist for longer. It's an optional ingredient but it will result in a nicer cupcake. Thanks for watching! Absolutely!
Absolutely! It will need to baked a little longer though. I've not tried all of them as cakes but I'd try baking them for 30 min and then check them with a skewer. :0) x

+Myisha Marsh hey Myisha! Thanks for the kind words. No, these are regular sized cupcakes, filmed up close! :0) you may use chocolate chips, just be careful when you melt them because they'll melt quicker than chocolate melts as they're smaller pieces :0)

I'd never seen such recipes, with a yoghurt, for example. So I want to ask you why do you. always start from dry ingredients, then butter, and then you add so much milk?
All recipes of cupcakes I've seen was another:you just have to mix everything together, and milk:just 2 tbsp.
So why?

Hey Hilal! Thanks for the kind words. The reason I do things in this order is because I want to give the batter time to mix properly and in the process, aerate to help it rise in the oven. The amount of milk you described sounds like the amount you might use for cookies. The amount I use in my recipes is pretty standard for cupcake recipes. But all recipes are different. Hope this helps answer you question. The reason I add yogurt is to help keep the cupcake moist for longer. It's an optional ingredient but it will result in a nicer cupcake. Thanks for watching!
