sakazuki would definitely be a yonko, his devil fruit alone qualifies him already for that position... at least i can't imagine someone with the might of akainu would be just a commander. but same goes for the other admirals. they are literally walking natural disasters, i can't imagine something more terrifying.

what if instead of being undercover for the marines he’s actually undercover for the revolutionary army. Think about it, he doesn’t like how the worlds being ran, but he’s still a good guy. So instead of doing a complete 180, he joined up with Dragon.

You make very amazing points Tekking. I'd just like to add, that although Film Z wasn't canon at all, the characters were canon. In the film Kuzan appears and protects some people using his abilities, I don't remember the details. I think he protects like a town or something, but yea... He then knows what the Straw Hats are aiming to do, take down Z and ultimately save the world. He could have offered to assist them, but instead he didn't... This ties into what you're saying in that he showed compassion and kindness. he saved those people, BUT he didn't get involved with fighting Z because it would compromise his position in BBs crew.
I think even though movies are NOT canon, when Oda assists with them he leaves subtle hints, and creates the characters true to themselves. So your video is brilliant and makes 169% sense and I LOVE IT!

Kuzan working with the Revolutionaries would explain how they got away from Baltigo safely when the Blackbeard fleet launched a sneak attack on their HQ after Burgess snuck aboard Sabo's ship going back from Dressrosa. Though granted... Karasu has a really really useful ability for warding off pre-emptive sneak attacks so that might've been *his* doing, rather than Kuzans.

Kuzan, Admiral Aokiji is easily one of the best characters in the whole serries.

I'm very late for this video, but it definitely aged well, especially after it was confirmed in the new chapter that Kuzan is indeed the 10th captain of the BB crew. Now, Sakazuki was not dismissive when the Elders mentioned Kuzan's treason. He was straight defensive. Even if Sakazuki and Kuzan used to be friends, the very idea of Kuzan joining forces with a pirate would immediately make Sakazuki lose any respect for him and cause a very different reaction. Instead, Sakazuki basically told the Gorosei to screw off and don't stick their noses into stuff that is not their business. This goes well with the idea that the two had come into some sort of a deal or a plan during their 10-day business trip. On the other hand, Kuzan being recruited by Dragon is also very plausible as their moral compasses align perfectly. This will be also even more possible if Dragon used to be a marine fighting alongside both Kuzan and Sakazuki at the same level as them. Now, I know this is a stretch, but if we combine the two possible situations, what do we get? Kuzan, Sakazuki AND Dragon crafting a pretty brilliant plan to get rid of all problems in one go. These three having completely different personalities and moral codes doesn't necessarily mean they can't work together for a common goal, especially if they used to be together in the Navy before event X happened which caused Dragon to defect. Or it's just me and my wishful thinking since Sakazuki is my most favorite One Piece character and I find him extremely interesting with the greatest potential for character growth and redemption.

Maybe Kuzan was always a part of blackbeard's crew. You did say hes been planning this forever. Maybe Blackbeard needed Kuzan to come back or maybe it would've become to obvious for Kuzan not to react to the events that happened the way he did.

Luffy and company are fighting blackbeard, but luffys on the ground badly beaten up, tunnel visioned and kind of choking on his spit when he trys to speak. Shanks kneels before luffy, luffy slowly raises his hand to shanks' face and gargles "ACE".. as the camera pans out after shanks' reaction, showing Dragon and Kuzan standing on either side of luffy and shanks, and then shanks Kuzan and Dragon prepare to fight blackbeard ONLY.

Huh, I never really considered Aokiji and Akainu having a deal because Akainu never struck me as the type to try more subtle tactics than burning every evil thing to the ground but you're right that his reaction was weird when the Gorosei told him to deal with Aokiji. I always figured that maybe Sengoku asked Aokiji to keep an eye on Blackbeard but maybe your version is indeed more correct.
