About Dome Keeper:
Dome Keeper is a roguelike mining game, where you go on a run to strip multiple planets of their minerals, while the native creatures furiously try to stop you. They come in waves, so you have to carefully consider your mining activities to return just in time to defend you dome. Greed can be deadly, information a viable tool for survival. Powerful upgrades will help you stay alive and be productive until you can move on to the next world.
Choose a unique dome that will shape your run. Each dome has different weapons, abilities and upgrade paths, each bringing their own challenges along.
Extract minerals and use them to improve your dome and yourself. Install shields, new weapons, or facilities to generate powerful fuel for your jetpack or even ammunition. Improve your mining abilities with stronger drills or innovative ways to retrieve minerals.
You'll meet many strange lifeforms as you progress through the worlds. They are as different as the worlds they live in, so you need to learn their tricks and focus to stay alive.

Actually the dude you crush was an architect and the aliens are just trying to reward you for removing such a creature from their planet
And they think the architect made the dome without an exit "Because It looked cool" and are trying to get you out of there
They are all just trying to break his dome to go in and hug him because of that
They just don’t realize that you need the dome to breathe.
every single time you play this game the graphics are different. there's a different color scheme. it's amazing.

The electric dome ability is a life saver. It cut down normal melee monster health to half and can hold back a wave for 10 second. Even the un upgraded version saved me alot of work fighting on the ground.
Things never said by Matt: I arrived in my dome 10 seconds early and I'm ready to fight.
Best upgrade combo Drillburt & Drillium MAXED OUT LIFT (yes at start it sucks but it gets op) & a Maxed out water condenser

Def better on non-maze, large maps
As it turns out, Drillbert is pretty useful if you don't have Psycho Tunnels. Who would have thought. . .

Oh yeah, the hardened dome increases the value you get from cobalt permanently, by making your HP points worth more monster hits :)

for laser movement speed there is one tip I heard from another RUclipsr; Move the arrows-pad and the stick of your controller both in the same direction and the speed goes up significantly.
sounds like a bug. the latest pokemon had that bug as well iirc
When he says "laser dome" at the start it sounds like he say "lazy" dome. It makes sense considering how much work it is to use the sword.
RCE please continue with dome keeper, this game is amazing, and your gameplay makes everything even better

The shield and the Lift are probably the two most powerful upgrades. The Shield is free HP every round, and the lift is the lift. I will always take those over almost anything else.
Upgrading drillbert drill strength is best upgrade in the game(kinda game breaking) just don't upgrade your drill once you get drillbert
Defend from aliens,upgrade your speed,laser,carry strength and once you will come down drillbert will have ground tons of resources for you

In my opinion the Lift is by far the best Update. Followed by the Pet.
Yep, classic dome keeper run, upgrades everything except the single most reliable weapon :p

The "health 1" upgrade does't care about your max health ! That mean that if you buy this upgrade when you are full your max hp will go up to +300 ! Its like making your Dome 2 times stronger !
Just an idea... why not leave a space near the top, or halfway up, where you can dump resources and come back and get them later? In case you don't have time to bring them all the way to the top.
Only Matt could see a Kiwi and think it was a Penguin.
That route was very strong. You should've gone for the endless run with this build. If you look at the leaderboard, the top ones used that build.
It would be cool to watch you completely remove ALL the dirt under the dome using blast charges

I love that RCE and I both came up with the same strip mining technique. I started using that technique when I play Minecraft for the most efficient means of finding resources.
Someone mentioned that you can mine more efficiently with 3 tile rows where you break every other tile. This should provide a corner view onto every tile.
RCE not upgrading the lazer much earlier had me itching.
You know this actually reminds me of risk of rain, with the design of the character

On the controller if you hold over on the d-pad as well as the stick your laser moves faster

Those " just a button" are needed to get the relic to win the game. Also, they have root looking things that point in the direction of the relic
I think after winning this game on hard difficulty you unlock specials like labyrinth, long cycles and quick but weak monsters.

When you drill the iron in a corner you should go down and to the side, it is much more efficient.
