I see the same thing on my 12 pro max. , battery life stand by time is very very good ,and with light usage its good too , but when you start cranking up the power hungry features like navigation , using the screen brightness , have 5G operating , running BT at the same time , using the camera , you will see battery going down at a much much faster rate.

@@Claudiaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa So you think it is strange ?
Flagship often has worse battery life than low and midrange ? Or you wanna tell me that M51 is worse battery life than pixel 6 series, dont you?

Omg, the Pixel 6 is as big as iPhone 13 Pro Max.
Glad that I didn’t wait for the Pixel 6 and got the iPhone 13 Pro.
I will never buy a big phone again and make my hands suffer.

The iPhone destroyed Android phones with less mAh of battery, if the iPhone had 5000 mAh then its battery would be infinite. Android urgently needs to improve its optimization

True. But also, iPhone has no space inside of it to increase battery, so it'll have to compromise something if it want to do so.

Android phones can improve the optimization (and they should) but the iPhone has a major advantage of vertical integration the Processor, OS is made by Apple so they can optimize it much better than the Androids plus A15 bionic is a much more efficient chip
