We also need to remember a major part of this huge delay…the Chinese market. Early on they were told that the city of death thing was NOT going to fly in China, and that was the real beginning of the major delay
21:14 there’s also a mod called horizon on curseforge which increases the max speed of the car.also there is another mod for noctis which enables the warp points in the open world. Try those out
