I'm having the same issue I did the update through my DJI Go app. tried restarting both PH4 and RC and nothing, tried relinking the RC and nothing. And whenever I try using DJI Assistant 2 on my macbook pro I always get an upgrade fail error...did you figure out how to fix it??? thanks!!!
+Matthew Mitchell ok connect the RC to the iphone or the ipad start the DJI Go app, do not start the aircraft, then click the hat in the top right of the DJI Go app hold it down for 5 sec then the screen will change you can roll back the firmware in there, let me know how you get on
New firmware out now this should solve most issues we have now

So Dji Makes the worlds easiest to fly Drone right up to the point where the firmware needs to be upgraded.

+Matthew Mitchell ok you now need tp update teh aircraft firmware, I'm using a PC and Assistant 2 i'm on 2% so lets see if this works
