PAUL ANTONY I know many hospitals use G Suite. Even some governments use these tools, so I guess they meet all the standards in terms of security, privacy, accessibility, etc.

I am moving my brain from OFFICE world to GOOGLE world. I have questions. To start, does the GOOGLE Cloud auto back-up make duplicates of stuff already on it?
+DIANA CARSEY I'm afraid I've never used Google cloud, so I can't help you there. Sorry.
the auto back up will not make duplicates of data in it. the only way it will add to something is if you make a new file, rename a old file, upload a newer version of the file, upload one with the same name (meaning your old file is replaced since naming was the same). Since you are using the G suite to create, edit, share, and remove, all data remains in the cloud unless you remove it from the cloud. Otherwise it will always be the newest copy of the file you have saved either via upload or direct online edit.
