@@kareneberhardt5310 I read something today in Conversations with God that is similar to this message - just because something is normal doesn’t mean it’s natural. Aka just because striving is normal doesn’t mean that it’s natural. It sparked me!
I've been out of work since May for pretty much the first time in my life. I know that its purpose is to break me out of my striving/doing paradigm. Of course, my striving/doing brain keeps asking what I'm going to do next. Not sure how to get off that merry-go-round.
Highly relatable! One of the most valuable tools for me was to access my creativity on a daily basis to remind myself of my innate gifts and talents. This initially looked like writing for 30 minutes following The Artist's Way. Then it looked like inviting people to share their stories in a book...and then evolved to a publishing company (which I had 0 background in)...and now is taking the form of sharing more of what I've learned along the way. I am considering launching an experience - Corporate to Creative - to help people release, remember, and rebuild from this new place of beingness vs doingness.

Interesting! I am a writer as well. Always push my creativity onto the back burner to make more room for doing. Seems I've got it bass-akwards. 🤔
