High school dxd is underrated
if i had to guess what reduce does i would say it reduces the opponent's max power limit ex: their max hp is 200 if reduce is used on it then it will be 100 rather then just dividing by half of its max. to write it out it would be 100/200 (divided) vs 100/100 (reduced) as dividing is only cutting up something into defined amounts in the anime's case its always 50% or half of the max amount

Issei Juggernaut Drive was incomplete so he wasn't at full power
I picked that up in the anime so I wasn't sure if that meant he hadn't properly completed his transformation and that's why his armour had gums and teeth on the head of the armour and the white dragon empire juggernaut drive didn't he had a covered head like he does on balance break
