I think the media are twisting everything and adding fuel to the fire with ‘rumours and hearsay’!
Think logically about what evidence they DONT have that they should have!
No one can cause that kind of scene and leave only a trace of dna on a movable object that could’ve been placed there by the real person/people!
People who have reason for their dna to already be all over that house that can be explained away!
It’s never been said if that indeed matches the weapon that caused the injuries!
Why have they still got Ethan’s golf clubs?!

the greatest mystery about this case to me is how the killer got out of the crime scene without leaving a trail of blood they had to be covered with blood. they had to have the car covered in plastic, he had to have changed his clothes? How did he get his clothes out one of the roommates saw him did he have a bundle? Where did they get rid of all the protective gear, they must of had? I don't think he could have cleaned his that good it only takes a speck for LE to discover it.

The greatest mystery to me is why is legacy media trying so hard to frame Kohberger. He has proven precedent of running and driving at night. He has several people come forward to say they would go running, driving and star gazing with him. Why the is precedent or a pattern of behavoir evidence for the state but not for the defense? Why did the FBI A) pay a visit to the DNA expert, who was the states witness, when she testified there wasn't enough aleals to identify kohberger's DNA and the FBI strongly "encouraged" her to name kohberger's DNA by illegaly searching the father? B) why did they, the FBI, refuse to defend their electronic data "evidence" in court? Why did the state refuse to follow up on the other 3 unidentified DNA in the house? Why didn't the state go after the girls for cleaning up the crime scene? The site print wasn't seen by the naked eye. Only after luminal was used. Which means someone cleaned that crime scene. Why are they ignoring the fact that the roommate wore vans shoes; even has a photo of her wearing them on social media. Why why why is the state and media trying do hard to frame this guy.

    • @phillipstroll7385

Why are they ignoring the fact that two ppl were killed in a hit and run outside kohberger's apartment. Police parked behind kohberger boxing him in while working the scene & looking for the driver. Why haven't they used the neighbors video showing a white truck at the house until 4 am

The Public Prosecutor's Office invented several things to obtain the arrest warrant and now 1 year and 9 months later they confirmed that they lied to the PCA. That must be why the defense has already asked the prosecution to hand over what they have on Bryan and in 1 year and 9 months they haven't handed over anything.

What is not possible is how BK could commit these murders without leaving any blood trail including bloody footprints, within the time frame given of when the Elantra was first seen and leaving the crime scene.
    There isn't enough time .

It's a shame with so little circumstantial evedidence and NO evidence of huge blood evedidence on him they have ruined his life. This could be you and I as the guilty person. They are theorizing 7 min. Not enough time to leave a bloody crime scene clean/you stab 4 multiple times-- blood is going to be squinting everywhere. No cuts on BK hands. In every case of multiple stab wounds on a single body let alone 4 people it gets slippery and there are cuts on the hand. The heart would spurt the victims blood everywhere- especially on the killer. The news reporting is so biased. Find the actual killer.

A few people have commented here that the gate wouldn't have been closed because there's overnight camping at that park, however it was winter, so there might not have been anyone camping then, and it would make sense if the gate was closed. It would have been a precarious drive, not one anyone would take for relaxation. My point about the alibi is that it doesn’t prove where BK was when the crime was committed and the perpetrator left the scene-4:08am to 4:20am, according to LE and the PCA. It took 522 days to come up with this uncorroborated alibi. BK has no witnesses to support his alibi. The first alibi was that he was out driving around but couldn’t say exactly where and at what time-somewhere south of Moscow after dark, that’s it. The revised version only states that one place he often visited is Wawawai Park. It doesn’t say he went to the park that night directly. It only (cleverly) insinuates it. I think if BK had a solid alibi , he would have presented it much earlier. He can still take the stand to verify an alibi, but he won’t dare to-unless his arrogance and narcissism compel him to. 1) he tossed it in the Snake River at Wawawai Park ( creepy flooded ghost town caused by dams that sits just below the edge of the park )
      2) he could have driven further South and tossed it in the river off the North side of the river, across from Clarkston Wa. Turned back and headed back up the hill toward Uniontown and Pullman. This would be a 15 minute detour and the North side road across from Clarkston often has light traffic.

Here is why it's hard to prove... cause I believe Kohberger didn't do it. Here is my theory. First, understand the Idaho has a 3 strike and you're out law... meaning 3 felonies and you go to jail for life. Xana's mom a known drug dealer already had 2 felonies and Mattie's step mom had 1 felony for dealing. Oh no, Xana's mom just got busted again for dealing (that would be her 3 felony) What? Mattie's step mom also got busted, her second felony. Keep in mind the murders have not taken place yet. I believe about 3 or 4 weeks passes and wait, what's this? Xana's mom got her felony charges reduced to a misdemeanor? Huh, that is strange. What? Maddie's stepmom also got her charges reduced. It seems like no one knows why. Within a week of that happening the murders took place. What's this? About a week later, WA state makes the largest cartel drug bust in the states history.
Yes, I believe this was the cartel. That is why it was so professional. That is why they walked right past Dylan. The targets were Mattie and Xana, the other 2 unfortunately were in the wrong place at the wrong time.

    • @aggerleejones200

What has never clicked is the photo of the white car released by police and media never matched Bryan Kohberger's 2015 Elantra because his car does not have paralellogram shaped headlights, differing from the photo, and the photographed white car's body has different ridge lines. The sheath reportedly did not test positive on the first test, and a miniscule particle of 2nd or 3rd generation touch DNA that only tested on a subsequent test, does not equal guilty, nor is touch DNA ever an exact match to someone's DNA.

I'm 67 years old and grew up in the Seattle area, until I became a student at Washington State University in Pullman, Washington in 1975. And as a side note, the drinking age in Moscow, Idaho was 19, which is one of the benefits of that city because it's only 8 miles from Pullman. So I spent a lot of time in Moscow (where the University of Idaho is located) partying there until I turned 21 and could now drink in Washington. I spent 7 years in the "Palouse" as we call it, until I got my degree. I lived there full time for 5 years. And being that Moscow is only 8 miles from Pullman, students from WSU spend time over there. The drinking age has been 21 for quite awhile, but Moscow has good restaurants, and nightlife, and the University of Idaho campus is right near DT. Moscow isn't a big city. Everyone in Pullman and Moscow are wheat farmers, plus the students and the University of Idaho staff. It's one of the things I love about eastern Washington compared to western Washington. It's very rural, slow and folksy over there. Our football team the WSU Cougars have been playing the Idaho Vandals since the schools were still colleges and not state universities. We're friendly cross-state rivals. We coexist in harmony and peace. Except maybe stumbling drunks on Friday nights in Greek Row and DT Moscow. Not much else happens there. It's literally surrounded by hundreds of miles of wheat fields. Which by the way are fabulous, and watching harvest time in July is something that's hard to convey. The air smells like hay for a month. In the summer, the 15,000 students are gone and it's just the local folks. I graduated in 1982 and went back to Seattle and worked at SeaTac Airport for 27 years. And I still have a good friend from my dorm days (1975-1977) that still lives in Pullman because she married a fellow dorm friend, and they had a child. Which they raised there, and she got her Master's in Education, and worked for the College of Education until she retired a couple of years ago. And so in the last 45 years I go back to my alma mater Washington State University at least once a year for a football game, because I have a free place to stay. And I love it in the summer there so much that I go several times because I'm retired now. And my friend cooks for me, and drives me around town, and we always go to Moscow, Idaho when I am there because there is a store called "Tri-Place" that is kind of like a cross between a grange and a hardware store. And maybe a Big5. It's been there as long as I went there. And then we go kick around town and eat somewhere, where we talk about the wild stuff we did at age 19 because it was legal to drink. And then we drove home drunk 8 miles after last call. It's actually the location of many fatalities, they have added several passing lane in the 49 years I have been driving back and forth. If my friend Debbie didn't still live there all this time, I wouldn't ever have been there as much as I have. I recently moved to Astoria, Oregon which I love, but instead of 286 miles to Pullman it's 442 miles and it's added 2 hours to the usual 6 hours it used to take. But it's OK, because the drive over to the Palouse which is described as "God's Country" due to its idyllic setting and hundreds of miles of fertile, rich soil filled with amber waves of grain. Making it the largest wheat field producing area in the US. Anyway, when I heard about the "Idaho 4 Murders" it was unbelievable and impossible to compute. I had been to Pullman 3 times in the summer of 2022, and had been to Moscow all 3 times. And as the breaking story unfolded as I was getting ready for Thanksgiving week, I was shocked of course. But it's so hard for anyone to understand how improbable it was that 4 young students were stabbed to death in the middle of the night in their off campus large house. And suddenly Moscow, Idaho became the center of the national news. For gosh sake, Nancy Grace was there! Court TV was there! The residents have never had anything like this happen before. And then as the case unfolded and Bryan became the suspect, and he was a grad student at Washington State University in August of 2022. And he was living in the Steptoe Village Apartments where I lived in 1978 for a year. And while I was visiting Debbie, I drove around to all the different places I had lived while I was a student there. And I went to Steptoe Village, and saw several people moving in and out. And according to the timeline of coming to WSU I could have crossed paths with him. 😳 The whole story just kept getting worse and worse, until he was finally caught, and charged with their murders. And so the case slowed down a little while he retained a lawyer, and the court process got started. It was a slam dunk case because of the knife sheath with his DNA on it, and the white car footage, and all sorts of stuff. I'm still so angry that he killed those young, innocent University of Idaho students, so I haven't even watched all of his court shenanigans, and narcissistic, sociopathic and creepy claims and ramblings. This whole case is just too close to home for me. But when I heard the news that he claims he was "star gazing" down at Wawawai Park at 3am I nearly lost my sh*t. Because I have spent a ton of time down at Wawawai Park on the Snake River because it's the only body of water anywhere near Pullman and Moscow. And it gets blazing hot there May thru September, so we all drive 26 miles to get to drink, jump off a big rock, swim and flirt with other college students. But only during the day. It's literally in the middle of nowhere. It's a 2 lane road that turns into dirt roads, that maybe has 2 or 3 houses in 15 miles. It's all scrub brush hills with a few big farm houses that are up on a hill. And there are zero street lights. This is just a county road that only leads to the Park. And the big rock you can climb on. There really isn't any "beach". And in the 49 years I have been going there I have never been there past maybe 10pm in the summer time. Because there would be absolutely no reason to be down there. It's completely isolated and scary dark. You're 26 miles from the nearest city. So his story is absolute crap. You can star gaze a mile from Pullman and Moscow, you don't need to drive down to the Snake River to do that. 🙄 But he's also smart because there is no way to prove he wasn't there, because again, there isn't even cell phone reception once you turn off to the Wawawai Park arrow.
All I know is this case is very personal to me, and I hope he is found guilty, and rots in prison. And the attention on him will be gone, which he craves, and the kids families can move on. ✅
