Great advice!! Many years ago, when started to learn guitar in my 20’s , I wanted to learn fast, so I practiced hard, in a short time. Not knowing how to play and when to stop, I got tendonitis very quickly. I continued through the pain, I didn’t know it was that that caused it! I should of stopped and rested and listened to what my body was telling me, but I was young and naive. I know warm up and stretch ( even though I am on a different instrument) to reduce my risk of injury . Exercise doesn’t have to involve a gym and killing yourself. A good walk is very beneficial for body and mental health. So great advice !!

You're a really great teacher! If you ever get a chance, could you show chord shapes and like how different shapes correspond? It's really a pain sometimes😅 thank you!✌️❤️

Yes! If I understand your question correctly… That is the next thing on my list. Of course, I’ll continue the two playlists. I’ve been working on, but as soon as I finish the safety rules, I’ll be sharing some really important info about chord shapes. If I don’t answer your question within a month or two feel free to ask again.

@@janetbrockman3729 Thank you! It's just idk if the chord shapes make sense sometimes,I just kinda randomly make shapes..it works sometimes, but I'm hitting dead notes and it's a bummer. Whatever you show will be great I'm sure,so no problem❤️✌️ thanks again
