Sell your car and get a bike, either a motorbike or a bicycle. Never a hassle to park then. Cars really don't belong in city streets. Keep then mostly on motorways and rural roads, and congestion would be a thing of the past.

My favorite parts is always when violators are playing traffic lawyers and try to pull bogus rules out of their asses against people who know all the rules like the back of their hands and send people like those, back on the road, all day, everyday. Those first-time negotiators who think they will outsmart activists who chose to handle such people every single day. Priceless.

They do have a couple special clauses though, that allow them to stop for pickup and dropoff at bus stops for example, I think there was also something else... But yeah, generally they're more under scrutiny for every tiny clause in the rules. Some companies even have a label like "Have I violated traffic code? Call ###" painted on the back that care about minor things more than police.

The biggest mistake is that Russia allows emergency vehicles and delivery vehicles on the sidewalk. Obviously everyone sees them and decides to do the same... They need to ban all driving on sidewalks, heavily ticket, and tow waaaaay more. I don't understand, it seems like a great way for the city to make money.

This is one of the best filmed I’ve seen. Is viewers can very clearly see it’s a pavement in this film. Maybe at the start of every clip you show us shots of where the pavement is? It’s not always obvious. Makes the drivers look worse as well.
