Coming from South Africa, I am BLOWN away by the NHS - the efficiency, the level of competence and care….it’s truly incredible. It’s horrifying how many people complain about it. Free healthcare?? With professionals that are the best of the best, overworked and underpaid? I wish the ppl that complain could have 10 min in South African govt healthcare. You’d be mortified. Thank you to the medics that work their butts off for so little. You are heroes.
Huge love to our NHS doctors. I want unstressed, well supported staff to support me and my family.
Absolutely if the doctors and nurses etc just leave we very soon won't have any NHS left. What then, the poor and less well off won't get any healthcare, just like in the US. And I see there are middle class people in the US who are in relatively well payed jobs, who can and do go bankrupt over their healthcare. You may he young and fit, physically and mentally strong and healthy now, but anything can and does happen in this world. You could have an accident, get ill, get injured and not be able to work, maybe never work again or not be able to earn enough money anymore. What will happen then when there's no NHS, free at the point of use, no healthcare there for you, no help, thanks to our tory government since 2010, thanks to the con-servative party 🤔
Doctors are overpaid.
We not getting health care now its needs to crash for it to improve in my view

Tax payers cant get to see a doctor so why should we pay more taxes for these people doctor's in my view can stop moaning or go and work abroad the NHS is finished anyway
They’re well paid! But have rinsed all their wages on huge homes/flash cars, then can’t adapt when prices go up.
