I can totally see why Valve are so into VR. I've noticed it with a few videos lately. Folks in VR just seem to react more 'realistically' to things happening around them and actually watch the cool set pieces. Whereas people playing an FPS game keep trying to shoot and do FPS combat.
@@JustSomeRandomIdiot It does make sense to a certain degree as well. Whilst on any other console, you're essentially just controlling your character 99% of the time, in VR however you become that character. Not only is the immersion much more intense in VR, but you also get to "realistically" respond to some certain stimuli which you would have otherwise not been able to do so before with just your hands on a controller or keyboard. Essentially, being in VR allows you to become part of the game, not just play the game.
Had a few ideas that might be neat to see Players' reactions to seeing the citizens tear down the Breencast (I've seen some players cheering them on with a big smile on their face) Players' reactions to Alyx hugging Gordon at the start of Ep 1 Reactions to the stalkers in Ep 1, both before you get the rollermine, and in the stalker car Reactions to Alyx's Zombine joke And one that would require a LOT of scouring but maybe kinda funny, players' reactions to seeing what the AR2 alt-fire does when it hits an enemy
I like to headcannon that dog brain is based on a real dogs brainwaves, hence the name dog, so in some way, dog is based on a actual dog hence the protcive streak but als
