I never paid much attention to those Ronson case lighter combos, I usually get them in lots with other lighters or if I see them for less than $10. Just goes to show there is something for everyone 😉
Nice collection. Alot easier to get a collection since @ 1998, with the advent of Ebay. I started collecting in the mid 80's, and it was harder to find nice lighters. As you progress in your collecting you will start to specialize in one or two models. I mainly collect Ronson/AMW Jr Sport models. Marked as rare in Urban's Ronson book. I counted them yesterday and I have 55 of the Jr Sport models. Early and later fitments. In the last 5 years I started collecting some models of Ronson/AMW striker lighters. They are interesting to collect, but they can be very expensive. Good luck with your collecting.
Thanks for watching and leaving a comment, I always appreciate attracting the attention of other collectors. I was really excited to get this lot of lighters so I made a (rather long winded) video, definitely check out my other videos for a broader view. I would say I specialize in, "buying lighters I can afford" but that being said I actively seek out aluminum lighters with two flint wheels or two wicks. Do you have any videos or photos online. I'd like to see a collection 40 years in the making.
@@JKsStuff I do have a You Tube channel, but it is for the use of my brother and his homebuilt Thatcher CX-4 airplane and a few of his music compositions. As for my collection it is pretty big, but kind of stored away and not displayed properly like your videos. I do have some great stuff. Dunhill, KW, rare Zippo's, and some rare Ronson stuff. Very mint TT Bartender. A new in the box banjo. Other Ronson TT's. Love your great lighter storage cabinet/drawers. That would be a dream for me. A couple of my other hobbies have more priority these days, but I still love to collect a nice lighter now and then. I subscribed to your channel.
Wow, thanks for subscribing! I'll try and come up with some ideas for new content. Let me know if you have an old "scratch and dent" box of lighters, I might have some spare parts that could help you out. The biggest draw to the hobby for me is fixing up old broken lighters.
Very nice, I really liked the Ronson cigarette case and lighter IDK why hahah

You don't appear to have many Trench lighters? why not?

You should post a price video of some of the older ones
Just wonderful! Great for collection and as spare parts...
Awesome collection! Just started collecting a couple months ago and didn’t realize the number of makers & styles. Nice video!
Thanks for checking out my collection, post a video of your finds and send a link so we can all see!
Btw, if you continue to purchase a huge number of lighters, you will most likely need new shelves for your collection...
