Update methods:
If you have more than one router, try replacing the router you are using with another router. We do this to eliminate the possibility that the problem is caused by the router's strict security features.
If that's not possible, try connecting to a different internet network, such as a neighbor's wireless network, mobile data, etc. Then check if the problem is gone?

I switched my internet from Ethernet to my mobile hotspot and it works fine. Let’s me play online and everything. DOESNT make any sense why I can’t play online when I’m plugged into my Ethernet.
Glad to know I’m not the only one experiencing this issue. I’ve been playing Fallout 3 backwards compatible on my Series X for a couple weeks now, had zero issues. Now for the last several days I can’t connect to Xbox Live. The game is still playable but the achievements I unlock won’t sync to my account which is super annoying. I’ve tried several of the fix options and so far no luck. I haven’t tried the advance port settings yet so hopefully that’ll work for me.
Edit: I switched the advanced port manually and it immediately connected. However, this only lasted about half an hour before I got a “disconnected from Xbox Live” message from the 360 emulator. Tried reconnecting, didn’t work. Tried switching the advanced port again, didn’t work. So I’m just gonna give up on playing 360 games for a bit I guess and hope the issue gets resolved.
I left it about 3 days, and it started working without me having to do anything. If it’s not working for you now, then I suggest leaving it for a few days.
I’m trying to play the dlc zombies maps on BO1, but it won’t let me sign it. Every time I press download profile I get a notification that says “Can’t Sign In”

No code or nothing, I can’t get an account on there at all.
It’s working for me again after I left it for about 3 days and I’ve got my account back. Not sure if Xbox has fixed it or not, but it works for me.

Hey mines been doing the same thing as y'all for 2 weeks couldn't figure it out for Nothing man but I finally did! Just go to settings into the advanced settings and then alternate Port and change it to a random one it worked for me

@@lensty2832 alright so the way to fix it for me at least was to use my hotspot instead. I had to wait for my internet to go out before it started working again. It’s an internet problem and it has nothing to do with the system. But if you already listened to what that other guy said then unfortunately you will lose data and have to start all over again.

I hope this info help someone. I tried everything and nothing worked. BUT, for anyone who deleted their account and can’t redownload because it wont connect to live, try connecting to your mobile hotspot and relaunch, you should be able to redownload your account. That is not a fix but you will at least get your account back. NOW UPDATE, for some reason this time when i manually select a new port selection it fixed my issue. I did this 2 days ago and it didn’t work but this time it did? Goodluck for anyone who can’t connect.
ADDITIONAL INFO. this is some kind backward compatibility server issue with the router. I have 2 Xbox’s that are connected to the same router via ethernet, and I’m only having this problem with one of my consoles

I’ve recently started getting this problem. Xbox 360 games won’t connect to Xbox Live on my 360 OR my Series X. Xbox Series X games connect online but 360 games won’t, even though they’re being played on the same console. I’m getting error 8015190E on both consoles. 360 connects to Live if I use a different network. So my router is the problem?

@@BobBobOnRUclips just a series x. When I had the issue on 360 a while ago I just plugged in Ethernet then it worked. Probably won’t work anymore idk

Hey everyone, I just found a fix. If you go to the advanced network settings and manually change your port to something else, it should work. Worked for me. I can finally play fall out new Vegas!

@@isaacjones5687 there’s an option in the advanced settings to change your port. Go to that and press to change it manually. Then change it to any one of the other options, and it should work.

Use the wifi Hotspot on ur phone. I was able to retrieve my account and play for awhile. Only lasted a couple hours till it died again.

Yes friend 🙌 till January, and the upcoming months were working fine, but it was in the April update that they stopped working well

I have been struggling with this a lot, RUclips didn’t help. Only thing I found that helped was a comment on RUclips & a forum on Xbox that say basically that your WiFi is the problem according to microsoft because the advance WiFi can’t connect to Xbox 360 servers and to take it up with the internet provider. The comment and detail I found that was extremely helpful is that your personal hotspot from your phone is the solution. You only need to use it once to get everything settled for you. THIS IS YOUR SOLUTION, do not waste time with watching videos that won’t help you. I’m pissed these videos wasted a lot of people’s time including mine as I can see from other comments .

The thing that helps me is loading up another 360 game
I did the clear Local Xbox 360 storage and now it's not downloading so now i cant play WITH a save file anymore since it's not letting me connect to xbox live.
It's not even the first time this stupid issue happened.

I deleted the local Xbox 360 storage and after entered the game redownloaded cloud saves, problem solved. I’m gonna inform if happen again with that solution

Only other explanation is you some how managed to get console banned best bet is to buy a new xbox or change Jtag/RGH stealth
Try change port on xbox settings. JUST go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate port selection > Manual > choose next one down in list (one by one).

FIX : Connect your console to your phone's internet connection (LTE, 4G, etc.) Then start your game, the connection should work, then just switch back to your router

The way I fixed mine was to turn my 360 on, go to network settings, press Y to disconnect from network. 360 games on my Series X now connect to Live. But still the only way I can get my 360 on Live is if I go on a different network. I'll try your method and see if it works.
I tried getting my 360 online by going through phone hotspot. It didn't work.

I’m starting to think this is intentional by MS. It’s been going on for too long. They’re probably testing the waters to completely take the 360 offline after the store closes.
