Fun Fact: Channing Tatum was a late addition! Seth Rogen emailed many actors who declined and just before they cut the scene Jonah Hill emailed Channing Tatum since they were close due to 21 Jump Street. ’Dogma is unavailable to stream or purchase digitally due to the film's rights being owned personally by Bob and Harvey Weinstein in a deal that predates streaming. It is also out of print on home media, leading to inflated prices among resellers. In 2022, in lieu of the release of Clerks III, Smith talked about trying to buy back the rights to Dogma from the Weinsteins. He claimed that both of his offers were "scoffed at" and added that "my movie about angels is owned by the devil himself."’

I love all of George’s LOTR merch. I’d love to send him a woodburning of Gandalf. I made one recently with him and the speak friend quote.

I saw this in the theater when it came out. At 42, I was by far the oldest person there and the only female. I guess I didn't fit the target demo, but I thought it was hilarious.

Jay’s shirt is Zombie Vs Shark. It’s a reference to a scene from Lucio Fulci’s 1979 movie “Zombie”.

When I was in high school, my friends and I played a D&D game where we essentially played versions of ourselves during the zombie apocalypse. Like, we made character sheets with stats resembling ourselves. We had all these plans about how we were going to acquire resources we actually knew about in real life, and go through a a training montage and come out as badasses. We didn't get very far because of infighting, and the fact that we were all petulant highschoolers. The game ended after a few session, which I think just means we died in the zombie apocalypse. This movie has that same very specific energy, and while it wasn't one of my favorite comedies when it came out, I appreciate it for that merit alone.

Seeing this in the theatre was quite the experience. The audience lost it during that magazine bit. People were laughing so hard we could barely focus on the screen.

That scene where Rhianna smacked Michael Cera that was real. He asked if he could really slap her ass in the scene and she said only if she can hit him for real. He got hit so hard he had to lay down for a bit lmao
