Only stumbled on this interview now...thank you so much for posting this! I adore Ian Astbury ❤ such a beautiful human being inside and out 😍❤ and Billy deserves to be No.1 in the Top 10 guitarists of all time! saw them play live in Dublin three weeks ago on their Death Cult 8323 tour and they were amazing! Ian is as beautiful as ever and his voice top notch! My first time seeing them perform too!
I'm jealous hahaha. I hope they will do that Death Cult performances also in Europe but I'm afraid only the UK is privileged. Nice reading you enjoyed them. I saw them first in 1984 I think at the Pandora's Music Festival in Rotterdam and was blown away. Love them still but prefer the old stuff.
@@Musicnonstopnl I love all of their early songs 🎵 right up to Ceremony (inclusive). There is actually only one album I'm not entirely keen on...still can't listen to it really.
I am 75 and saw these guys with my daughter and wife in fourth row
unbelievable.
Absolutely love these legends ❤
Ian is one of the few ones from the golden era that didn't lose his voice 💚
Fantastic performance and interview ❤
Saw these guys at rev 3 tour last year- they still rock!
Ian and Billy=Rock
Love this session! Long live The Cult!
Thanks, guys! I wanted to say, too serious and vulnerable in the interview. In retrospect, spot-on!! Amazing and soo authentic!!

Best songs.
Ian's a good mentor on how to move around your mic and stand and how to use it. Visual playback does teach you a lot.~
Interesting interview...
Volume Volume
Volume can’t be louder than this despite all wishes. But honestly I think it’s loud enough 🤔
the lead guitar could have had more volume
Ian is a switched on dude!
Without the vocal effects it is pure and raw.
Un poco pobre de la producción músical
