The brothers of a feather version of this song is just simply awesome It's an incredible song anyway, but this, with just Chris and Rich, a single acoustic guitar and Chris wailing on a harmonica in the solo and they start to jam together a bit. Simply mind-blowing. These guys, together, are probably the most under-rated song writers of all time. I mean the lyrics to this, to things like darling of the underground press (another song that is fantastic from the brothers of a feather tour), and especially the lyrics to she talks to angels (the cross from someone she has not met...... not yet) and stuff like that; they just can't be beat. They are ok song writers on their own of course. But that magic isn't there until they are writing together, as a duo. They just manage to write something special pretty much all the time

I’m wondering if Rich is using any sort of pedal during his solo bit after the second chorus. Or if he just flatpicks that well to where he can play the chord structure while he riffs. Then again, the tuning is open G so it’s possible. Anybody know?
