Live I have seen them doing it with a Juno-106 and Alpha Juno 2. But it definetly sounds more like a Korg sound. It sounds almost like a Korg VC-10 to me. I can't reproduce it.

Hey, someone knows how they did the cymbals? I think that were made with a 707 with some effect.
I don't know where the cymbals come from, but you can hear them in many tracks. Maybe they were samples.
Gotta love those cymbals in the original track.

The original 303 since 3 years. But in the 90s Rebirth and then various clones. (MAM MB-33II, x0xb0x, TB-3, TB-03, TD-3)

I used to go to a regular acid techno night in London called “undertow” put on by some Italian dudes around 2000-2002/3 haven’t seen any since sadly.
