There’s a reason for the screaming corpses at 21:02. Given that the tentacles drink their victims alive, some of those bodies are probably still alive. It’s even worse in the original script: instead of being the monster’s… toilet, shall we say, it was actually meant to be a “meat locker”. As in guests were kept immobilized within the monster, fully aware, but unable to move, until the monster drained them dry. One victim was explicitly stated to be reduced to her eyeballs, but still conscious enough to plead for help, before she was completely digested. I am truly sorry for the nightmares.
I will keep that in mind as the monster is unknown species. They are digested in the tentacles as we see when one of the characters taken is freed too late.
I always thinking that the scream is coming from the monster victim that still trapped inside the tentacles around that corpse and waiting to be drained dry. If you mention the scream of their own friend that just get swallowed passed above them after the mercenaries asked where's the captain.

I haven't even finished the video yet, but wanted to make sure I say this before I forget: Thank you for being you, Zoran. It's a pleasure watching your stage presence evolve, and a favor to all of us that you're stepping in to keep content coming while James needs some time.
It's funny how Zoran casually bombs the top 10 highest kill counts by covering deep rising and the collection
I’m just imagining a fake ad where he’s like “aren’t you bored with James covering movies with single digit kills? Then watch kill counts of Zoran Gvojic. He’ll cover movies that feature worms, tentacles and 3-4 digit kills.”
This was such a fun movie, IDK why it never was more popular than it was.
Honestly, they should’ve re-released it later, when the time was right
@@kingabdullah338 agreed. After watching the video, it makes sense why. The population at the time was tired of movies that took place on a big ship. I’m sure it’s considered a cult classic now and if it isn’t then it probably will be.
RIP Treat Williams

The amount of monster thirst in this script makes me feel seen :)
Now I want a "Dracula: Dead and Lovin It" Kill Count 😅🧛🏻♂️ I hope James allows Zoran to make it in the future😆
