I was fortunate enough to be at the last 3 Whisky shows, you have no idea what you're missing until you see them live. Watching them do 7 minutes of Atlas Rise for an encore after doing 2+ nonstop hours of their original music was nothing short of amazing! And talk about having your finger on the pulse of your generation, the lyrics to XXIst Century Blood show you that these intelligent young ladies do just that! Thanks for The Warning reactions, keep them coming! 🤘⚡⚡⚡🤘
And in the Lunario show, Ale was still 13. For some reason she never seems flustered on stage no matter how big the audience or how vexing the technical issues. There’s a show where her bass cuts out entirely in the middle of “Survive” - which has a bass outro. But she she smiles and starts clapping along.
They do that a lot. And in “Shattered Heart”’ there’s a section where Dany is playing rhythm and Ale is basically soloing over that. The whole song has a cool bass line.
@@luisretana665 It is all perspective. I could say Canada is the greatest country cause it is where Rush is from...but we are great for so many reasons.

Great reaction! In Hispanic countries people are named in their birth certificate with the last name of theri father and then their mother. So Villarreal is their father’s surname, and Vélez is their mother’s surname. Their father’s is the primary surname and the one used in regular activities not an official hispanic givernment activity such as passports. In school they would be Villarreal.
¡Gracias amigos! Ryan, may I suggest you take Nathan to the 2019 Foro DiDi gig? 🤘
Nathan impresses with his Spanish. Always good to learn a second and a third language if possible. Ryan is on Canadish and maybe some Québécois or Metís... who knows? 🤠
Sweet video! Regarding your confusion about their last names: Here in Mexico we have two last names/family names (also called paternal last name and maternal last name) so children get their father's family name then their mother's family name. Their dad is Luis Villarreal and their mom is Mónica Vélez, hence Dany/Pau/Ale Villarreal Vélez.
@@holydado i don't remember whether i saw it somewhere or they were introduced that way in an interview but it was more than once...enough to get me curious.
Great reaction guys! Nathan, tu Español esta muy bueno. I love listening to these talented young ladies...they write great lyrics and music. Straight up rock and roll playing their own instruments.
Hey Ryan! You guys are great together! Nathan seems so chill and you seem so ... Canadian (nice, friendly, etc). When you take Nathan through QOTMS, please go in order so it makes sense. You kinda skipped around when you started out which was great but with a concept album it helps to go in order -- just a suggestion not a demand. You're my favorite reactor, though I don't always care for some of the songs you do (really, enough Genesis) but I like your take. Subbed, look forward to more.
Great reaction and comparison between a cover and the band's own music. Two great songs, too! Hey, Ryan! Good to watch someone becoming Warned!! Subscribed!
Love the banter and some funny quips. fyi most mexican names include the mothers maiden name last, however, the fathers name is used normally. father is Luis Villareal and mothers name is monica(mony) Velez.
Ryan needs to watch the official XXI Century blood video. I think he would be impressed with the quality of the video and how well it portrays the message of the song.
Hey, Ryan, taup dude! A surprise for u man. Go to The Warning’s Martirio song. A really, really good song . Will be include in their Third album, and it’s not already recorded!
jaja small burrito !, that's a good one.... The good rock does not need any specific language because music is universal, so enjoy The Warning rock band !!
Regarding Lars, there is being a fan and there is loosing all objectivity. Lars strength is with composition and arrangements, it was never a great live performer. I have seen the band mentioning in a video at one point that on hiatus he had not practiced for months, so that is not being loose, that is being complacent. And before people start calling me biased, I have been a Metallica fan since the mid 80s and they were my favorite band this whole time until I recently rediscovered Nightwish.
@@WelpHereWeAreOnRUclips Well have a nice trip back and stay safe...the acoustic versions of Sinister Smiles, Hunter, Red Hands and the End really showcase their individual talents, great production videos, great sound and of course some great performances. They would be perfect to highlight.
"Ale is like the George Harrison of The Warning" Perfect Analogy!
