I have tried for many years now to complete a 30 day challenge in January and I havent managed to succeed before. By now, im usually flagging, feeling overwhelmed and too tired to keep trying each day. This challenge feels more accessible and i find myself wanting to do the practise, even with low energy. Thank you, for the first time ever i feel like i might stay consistent and get to the end of this challenge. Im motivated and enthusiastic. Looking forwardsm to tomorrow!

Yay, I have made it through Day 8! I am in my 60s and out of shape -- what I especially love about your instruction style is that you give enough time for transitioning between poses. Usually I find that "yoga for beginners" instructors severely underestimate how slow and out of shape someone can be. :) Thank you!
I just need to say how incredibly much I appreciate this challenge and it's creator. I'm 22 and have never been active. I tried yoga during the pandemic in 2020 for maybe two months but I never exercised every day and I think that's where I messed up. I'd say I'm gonna work out like 4-5 times a week but always made excuses and ending up exercising maybe twice a week if even. Even when I tried a 30 day challenge from Boho beautiful it just never stuck and I never finished. From then I tried starting over several times throughout the years but it never worked. But since I found this channel I know this is the teacher I need to follow as it's just the pace I need to want to work out every single day even when I feel low. Today after 8 days of this challenge I touched my heels to the ground in downward dog for the first time in my life and I felt so proud for myself for showing up every day and just doing it. I also already feel so much stronger and I'm able to flow much more fluently. So I just want to say the biggest thank you ❤
Thank you for sharing this practice. I found the explanation of pressing through the shin and heel in low lunge allowed me to extend my spine in a way that I had not previously been able to.
I am very thankful for this challange. Excited every day for what will come the next day. It feels like such a luxury to have access to this and to do it together with all of u. Charlie is such a great instructor, she explains so well and spreads calmness and warmth. Thank u 🙏

I’ve been really enjoying each video. As a beginner, I would like to understand more where the stretch of each position should be feeling (part of the body that the stretch should be felt ) .
