All your workouts are amazing. I had breast cancer 7 years ago, and at that time I was doing the Pilates on a reformer. It has been the fittest time of my life. Now, I am so excited because I have started Pilates again and found your videos!!! I am feeling strong and so fit. I had forgotten how wonderful Pilates is all around! Thank you for sharing your work. Amazing!!!

Thank you Ange for making your videos available. I have had 11 children and I have always found Pilates to be really key. I have had lower back issues and I have to say your videos with the theraband make all the difference!

Challenging workout. Ange, you're great at anticipating what your unseen audience is doing. When you say shoulders away from your ears, I realize that's exactly what I'm doing. Same with your reminders to breathe. And, despite having a great deal of the most dreaded lunge position in the workout, I'll be back. Thanks for this (and your other) workouts!

This was an amazing routine! The “T and then behind” move worked the arms so well. The hundred with the Theraband is intensely burny! I will def. do this again. Thank u!

I tell you what, I use a stronger power band and I did this work out and it damn near killed me. It might be designed for women but this man is exhausted lol well done. Love your work ❤️

I love this workout. It is so good for balance as well as strength. As well I like that most of the workout is done from a standing position. Can you do a whole workout standing or sitting? Getting up and down for floor work is hard for us seniors - even those in reasonable shape.

Thank you so much. Angie, could you do one on stretching and lengthening the whole body. I have been doing weight trainning and i love incorporating your pilates after my weights.
Thanks ch ch, I will certainly think about more stretching and lengthening but remember a lot of Pilates exercises do this already.

Thank you Eleni. Pilates ring workout coming soon! I also teach a lot of Barre where I use light handweights (Barre workout coming soon). Otherwise its all Pilates.

Hi angie, great workout! I want thank u so much. And I got a question, my resistance band doesnt stretch like yours, I got a yellow and a blue one but none stretches with the arm so high, could be the latex quality maybe? Thanks for your answer.
Hi Laura, make sure your resistance band is at least 2 metres long and it will be the right length.

I just can't understand how you (and all the other videos I watch) can keep your band so straight and open! mine sticks to itself like tape :) :) :) im so frustrated!! should i pass powder on it? hahaha
Hi Ana, to stop your theraband from sticking smother it with talcum powder. This will also help to preserve it for longer. Make sure you also fold it when you have finished and keep it in a dark place. Hope these tips help :)
