Hi Iain, I don't know the complications of having Amazon link/s associated with your channel, but after watching this video I was inspired to order a backup camera from Amazon and may get a surge suppressor as well. I already had the others items. I understand that you don't want to have any appearance of a conflict of interest, which I respect, and appreciate. My preference is a link that sent something your way for whatever we bought, this would future proof your videos as tech changes. Thanks for your service, education, and entertainment!
A surge protector doesn't do anything to protect against "dirty" power. It only protects against surges. You will damage your RV components with low-voltage and the surge protector doesn't stop this. Nevertheless, a VERY useful video.
