That's my problem even when I'm sober, the fact that I want to control absolutely everything. When I started just accepting the experience even if it made me anxious or sad, as in not judging the sensations these feelings brought upon me, I generally stopped having anxiety as bad as I used to. I still have anxiety but rarely react the way I used to. Just sharing my story not saying you should do the same.

Mushrooms. Do it with a friend, in nature, abd pre buy snacks so you don't have to deal with shops or money. It's the best way, but you can do them on your own if you have enough experience.

Because being in nature is calming and mushrooms will multiply whatever mind state you are in, if you're happy you're really happy but if you're sad you're really sad. Also nature has the most psychedelic things to look at. And a child-like appreciation of nature is one of the many possible benefits of mushrooms.

May just be my own sensitivities and feelings but hearing WIWDD or hearing AND watching the video really reminds me life's okay and I should pay attention to the things I learned from when I thought I was dying. His other stuff is good to but that song particularly sums up some of my most important experiences. Kinda funny seeing all the comments from egotistical people who "did" shrooms or other psychedelics talk about how much more they know about these experiences talking about this man. Sorry for the unnecessary unload but it's been on my mind ~20hrs and I don't have many to vent to or the patience to educate those in the comments.
