Multiple people rescued from sinking boat on Lake Conroe after Fourth of July fireworks show

Crews in Montgomery County responded to a water rescue involving several people in Lake Conroe after a boat sank late Tuesday.

The boat was still upright, so that was not a "capsize"... Also, from the photos, the boat did not "sink" -- it just took on a bit of water and was a bit low in the water, but definitely not "sunk"... Nothing that a proper working bilge pump should not have been able to take care of...

Is the a boat safety chart for boat length, # of passengers, and how much I can drink?
