Where you find this converter that translate text?
Also it doesn't read all the chips? I tried with my chip for front door of the building, but didn't work.
To make chip work you need the text that you changed or User ID? Is it possible to write the chip so you can make it usable for the doors?
Search on the internet, it depends on the type of chip and its frequency, and some chips are encrypted and cannot be easily accessed.
