What a tasty recipe! Thanks for guiding. In my opinion, if someone else didn't like sour taste, add 7gr sugar more than the recipe said.

起碼芝士種類多好多:
下面是餡料的材料。
1125g Cream cheese
130g Mascarpone 馬斯卡芝士(a soft, mild Italian cream cheese.)
20g Cheddar Cheese 切達芝士
10g Parmesan Cheese 帕爾馬芝士
30g Butter
130ml Milk
50g Icing sugar
20g Corn starch 粟粉 (粟米整嘅澱粉)
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
Pinch Salt 少少鹽
1 Egg yolk 蛋黃
