Hi mam i am always obese, I am stressed due to my obesity. No periods for past 3 months... Whatever I do I can't reduce my weight. I am quite flexible by doing suryanamaskaar weekly once and regular walking for 30 minutes. I have hairfall too. I am totally depressed mam..pls pls guide my regarding this.. 🙏
