The real winner is the company who makes that recovery rope.
Matt's off road recovery has their brand through yankem ropes.
This is the best Cybertruck coloring I've seen yet no idea if that's a skin or spray paint or how they go about making it look like that but it looks just like the scars on the falcon nine rockets love it!
Yep! The Space X wrap.
According to some of the HeavyD people there the wrap is semi transparent with the 'its been to space details printed on the wrap.
Yes it look stunning, much more cyberpunk than the production model. Of course the tires eat in the range, but I am optimistic that Tesla will improve its battery cells over the years, to achieve higher range, Cybertruck needs some badass tires.....
Ev's are fkr queers lol
Looks like a vehicle out of the movie "Mad Max"
The ground had no traction with itself. Neither vehicle could put any meaningful torque onto the ground.
Yeah it’s true. If this were on pavement the CT would have won for sure.
The Bambee pulled the CT out at the end - didn’t look like no traction to me!
@@MuscleAmericanand the CT owner made not ideal choices for his front tires. Looked sharp, but unfortunate for a 4-wheeler. He had essentially only 2-wheel power.
the ground actually had enough traction and both vehicles are adapted with adequate systems to tackle it lol!!!
@@MuscleAmericannope!! not necessarily
As unfair as this is, the cybertruck did surprisingly well
Don't forget it clearly broke some suspension component.
Finally someone with sense , cyber truck did very little @@rednaxresom
@@rednaxresom You failed to mention of the importance of traction which is as important as load capacity and weight.
And tracks vs tires?😂
Unfair? 😂😂 😂
It's a competition
CT looks like it got damage from just one pull😮
Cybertruck did far better than I thought against a tracked vehicle. Keep in mind the the Cybertruck is 4 wheel drive and it only had 2 traction tires on. I'm still not sure it could drag the tracks and the weight if it was just stopped on the brakes.
It seems like it could have a much better chance if those front wheels had grip too.
Those arches in back worked well to shoot dirt out of tire ditch.
Looks like both helped put on a good show for crowd instead of being over super fast with no fan fare.
Keep in mind the truck weighs double the tracked vehicle does. Also most pressure is on rear wheels so front wheels won't do all that much more
It's a boulder with wheels. Do you not understand how traction works?
@@brandonhinton866 "Do you not understand how traction works?" yes I do that was the point of my post, Cybertruck was only using half of its available traction.
Best Cybertruck wrap I have seen so far. Can’t wait to get mine.
I'd like to see this again with front and rear paddle tires on the CyberTruck
that would be hilarious
That CT wrap is cool. 👍
That's the only cool thing about it
Good pull right there! 👍
Looks awesome!!!
Bombi rules!
They were surprisingly well matched.
Why did the cyber truck just roll and allow to be pulled.
the tug was over in a tie, and he helped the cybertruck back out of the berm the truck was "cased" on.
next up, cybertruck vs an abrams tank
This was very cool!
Well done Matt 👍🏻💪🏼
The right tool for the job
I’m surprised that Mat didn’t forget the Bombi keys at home. 😂
That deserves a Subscribe!!
This wasnt fair at all but cyber truck did good actually
Thay was good! Whats the specs on that tracked vehicle?
Why would you put smooth tires on front!? That's a super disadvantage isn't it!?
Not really... Look at tractor pulling
Cybertruck so heavy I would think it be horrible in the sand.
It's not the vehicle it's the driver
Looked like a tie to me
They're supposed to draw a long ruler with white paint on the sand so we can judge ourselves and not leave it all to them..
I like the Cybertruck, especially with the accessories installed on this one, but if the Bombi comes with Ed and Matt, I'll take the Bombi everytime.
That was cool well done Mat
Dope wrap
nope its not!
@@alanmay7929 Yes it is any way you cut it. You might not like it but it is a well done concept.
I'd love to see the cyber truck with tracks on it. With the weight of the truck to assist traction, it would be unstoppable.
how was it supposed to beat that?
Weight vs weight. Cyber should have held it
I wanna see the drone pov
Cybertruck had a bad wheel sensor. Limiting torque... was found already broken after this tug
You don’t get a 2 Wheel Dr. shower truck trying to blue tug-of-war with that damn caterpillar looking thing you’ll get your shit straight because you should’ve got all wheel drive cyber truck
This is not fair😂 The cyber truck does not have tracks😊
Saw another video between the cybertruck and a standard ute...the cybertruck engine cutout immediately and the owner mentioned that it was something they had built in to the engine to prevent these type of tug of war battles
engine???
bombi had to replace rear axle shortly afterwards the tracks kept coming off.
Need to mod the cybertruck with some tracks.
Tracks v tyres ?
One of those can drive home on the freeway.
Ok just starting this video, wanna say right from the beginning this isn't fair for the cyber truck at all! lol let's see how this plays out....
Alright, dang! lol That cyber brick when on the brake can't be moved! lol That shiny 6,600lb brick is a tough pull!
It's unfair for the bombi since the CT weighs alot more and most traction is on rear wheels while pulling. Also the longer wheelbase from the CT is advantageous. Look at tractor pulling for comparison
Nk traction - no point.
Should've put paddles on the front too.
A real Snowcat would just drag the Cybertruck anywhere.
@@iridium8341 Have you ever operated one?
Why arent the front tires the same as the rear on the cybertruck? Did they know it was AWD?
Paddles don't steer well in sand.
@@JasonParham83yes steering is very important during a pull off........🤦🏿♀️
Look at tractor pulling to understand the physics of what's going on..
Is that Norm McDonald
It’s the wrong type of ground
Someone's working on a track package for the C'truck.
Tesla warranty cancellation department has entered the chat... 😂
😂
Yep....Bombi....11% better.
Y r we all feeling sorry for the cyber truck. Since when did it become a thing for our truck to have house pulling capabilities.
Should have done it on asphalt. On dirt is no competition. Dirt won
Need some paddle tires on the cybertruck
Somebody make a Badass Blacktop Badlands MAD MAX staring the CYBERBEAST
Lolol Matt's recovery vehicle was way better
Power was equal that was a battle of witts .
Lol. The CT weighs more and has longer wheelbase. Idk how wits are involved..
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
My brain didn't explode buddy, Tesla was going to lose.
Looks like the cyber truck kicked ass.
The tracked vehicle did great against a 3-ton brick buried in the dirt.
What are you talking about? A traacked vehicle is supposed to do better
Yeah if it was a 60 ton tank I bet that thing is a 1/3 if the cyberAztek
@@MMatte75 What being 60 ton tank have to do with tracked vehicles having better performance in those conditions in general?
@@m.a3914if you have to ask that question you don't understand what's going on here. Look at tractor pulling to understand what's going on here. The amount of surface area isn't your main advantage when pulling
@@mick0matic I'm talking about in general buddy. And it is pretty obvious.
I know if I spent $130,000 on a CT the first thing I would do is give it a rattle can paint job and take it to a pull.😊
This is bullshet, the competition needs to take place in THE SNOW where the Bombi is designed to operate.
Might as well have done it at the beach. Or in quicksand.
Got to call in the banana to get them unstuck
that dirt is too soft for wheels and even for tracks
a draw. However put some tires on the front of the CT with and ??
Norm Mcdonald???
This is not what the Cybertruck is about. This is what America is about !!! MF American Trucks ! 💪💪💪
Bombi is Canadian.
tracks vs tires.. obviously track.
Please give credit to the cybertruck because of the wight of bombi
Bombi is 900kg (1984 lbs.) and Cybertruck is 2995Kg (6603 lbs.)
Try snow next… Bombi will actually get you home
Give the CT a proper tires and would go anywhere
Cybertruck vs Sherp
So you spin until your chassis sits on the muck?... or you strategize against the muck...some would find it entertaining but it's actually useless
Bonbi! People so dumb, lmao😂😂😂
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bombardier_Bombi
Lol you being so sure of yourself whilst you are actually wrong is the definition of hitting intellectual rock bottom.
Cybertruck is much heavier and higher horsepower, AND it has no tread on front tires.
Ground is WAY TOO SOFT.
Norm McDonald is commenting???
My tsla contracts will go 2 the mars
Tie
Am i the only one that thinks the announcers were dirty as fuck
Unfair comparison...tractor has alot more traction on the dirt...Cybertruck only has two rear tires for gripping.
It's for more surface area the CT has much more weight and a longer wheelbase, so it can put more of that weight where it's needed to pull. Look at tractor pulling to understand the physics of what's going on
algo decepcionante, ninguno pudo dar lo mejor, ese terreno no era muy adecuado un poco mas y los dos cavaban su propia tumba y siendo sincero el cyber truck hubiera ganado por múltiples razones.
So much to complain about but so little time
The Great thing about this is musk had 0 control over this test.
Or did he???
You guys just can't help it......
Little old daddy musk living in your head rent free
Cybertruck lost!
no it didn't. At the end of the TIE, the tracked guy got out and helped the cybertruck back out of the berm the truck was "cased" on. Also keep in mind the the Cybertruck is 4 wheel drive and it only had 2 traction tires on.
@@_mysilentblue2227 also keep in mind that fwd isn't much of an advantage since all the weight it's pulling is at the back. It also has a longer wheel base so even more of it's already larger weight can be placed where it's needed. Look at tractor pulling to understand the physics of what's going on
Trump land …. I love all of u
I would not do anything that glorifies that giant battery box.
Then leave
Dc26b
Cyber truck is as ugly af.
unlike the Bombi, the cyber truck has no personality.
No to Ev 👎👎👎👎
Always powered by gasoline
Luckley you weren't around at the turn of the century you'd be screaming for the leach farmers over modern medicine.
@@_mysilentblue2227 He would have opposed to the first ICE cars vehemently and claimed "horses forever"
Cyberteuck is failer
All the cybertruck cope in the comments lmao
COME ON BOMBI! TESLA BAD QUALITY🤮🏳️🌈
cyber truck is so ugly it is kinda cute.
Yes, perfect!
It's so ugly... it's just fugly.
I think it looks stunning with the beefier tires and the wrap, but everyone his own taste.....
It's hideous
@@NilsFrederking it was not made to be stunning, beautiful or best looking ever. It was made to last. It was made to work. It’s the first gen. Of course there are many things they will make different and better in the following iterations.
But it will always be a working vehicle.
Good looking, best for the weekend poser are ford and rivian.
If you want a 4 ton behemoth with more range use a GM.
Cybertruck still gross
Cyber trucks are so dumb
paid troll go home, it is too evident that you are just a troll.......
Lame
Somebody is salty that the Cybertruck lost.
@@TroySavary it didn't lose. At the end of the TIE, the tracked guy got out and helped the cybertruck back out of the berm the truck was "cased" on. Also keep in mind the the Cybertruck is 4 wheel drive and it only had 2 traction tires on.
@@_mysilentblue2227 It lost. But that isn't really unexpected. Tracks have a much larger contact patch than tires. It was not a fair contest.
@@TroySavary nope look again, it pulled him back to the original rutt he started in, then he got out of Bombi
@duncanstewart5738 - @TroySavary: Two paid anti Tesla trolls having a conversation.......
Such a disappointing video.
You can't do a tug of war on sand, it's useless, both trucks will start to dig down inmediately, you need a high traction surface for that
Relax haha Its for entertainment purposes only , enjoy watching. Matt knows whats his doin and all the people their watching
Joke
Yes, its dirty, its dusty, its useless, its fun!
Funny, cause tractor pulling is always done on sand and those can pull multiple cubertrucks at once
@@mick0maticIt's made in compacted soil, a much harder ground that this soft sand
