I would love colors and gorgeous chandelier earrings, cool blue eye liner when I was a teen. With time my wardrobe became more somber and neutral. I want to go back to color!

I love these videos! If it had been twice as long it still would have been too short. I watched this while sewing a very colourful top from a liberty print that is to go with a pair of trousers made from an old lilac evening gown of my mothers.

So interesting with that second last look that taking the colour of the lip down a notch made such an impact. Great lesson. Re your red and blue outfit when you added the red lip to bring the outfit to your face you forgot to mention your beautiful blue eyes!

PAntone colors of the yeago TOGETHER! And mixing Beckham with Zara is genius... Look up on Pinterest Pantone Spring 2020 colors and Spring 2021.....they will be all over the place so you can mix brands....all the seasons are there.

Beautiful combinations with bright colours, Trinny! You're always so inspiring! I've always considered myself very cool toned, neon plays really well with my skin tone and the brighter the colour, the better (haven't found my yellow though). However, for some mysterious reason, salmon and this turquoise that you call dirty are also my colours. i wonder if there is an explanation. Btw, thanks to you, i have a lot of sequin and metallic new tops and skirts in my closet now :). Thanks for the sparkle at these confusing times!

Loved this Trinny, I wish it went longer. I have to disagree with the magenta, though...I thought the hot pink and the emerald green went SO well with it.
What a spectacle of colour!! I was of the understanding that your tone could also be determined by the colour of your veins. Blue veins - cool. Green veins - warm. Do you agree with that? I must admit, I limit myself to one "hero" piece in each outfit. I make one item the focus and keep the rest simple. I do like the repetition of colour that appears in other items in the outfit. You are such an extrovert, I feel like that saturation of colour reflects your personality.

Lovely and informative. Liked it all....I love color. Especially liked the yellow t with the buttercup trousers and that necklace was ultra special. I don't wear jewelry/religious reasons. I would love to see you do outfits with scarves please. Seeing all your options and choices I can see the value of not having a minimalist wardrobe.
Thank you Trinny for doing these videos, you do make me smile. I am nearly 70, grey haired and seem to look washed out in all colours! I opened my wardrobe this morning which is full of colour, most things not ever worn, and tried everything against my skin - grim - so I put my black jumper back on. It's nothing to do with the times were are in as I have always found colour difficult that's why I have a wardrobe full of it. No matter who suggests what, all colour makes me look the same. I have hardly ever worn make up except lipstick which I love. I never get inspired by colour although I long to wear it. Oh well, at least I have your videos to make me smile.

I do exactly that with patterned skirts - use the colours to put things together! I don't have Trinny's eye for colour so I let someone else do the work for me. Such a good tip!

My dearest Trinny, I have dark brown hair with sunburnt ends that look orangy red, dark brown eyes, dark blue under eye circles, when I look at my wrist to find my undertone my veins are both green and purple, my skin is quite fair, silver jewelry suits me in winter time but I can pull off gold in the summer when I'm more tanned, my happy color is teal blue or any bright shade of blue. I hate orange and red, khaki and mustard look terrible on me. I guess my undertone is cool? The red in my hair and the gold jewelry situation is confusing me. So sorry for the long text. How do you things change when you decide to let your gray hair be? I think I am mid tone but would grey hair mean cooler colours?

Any advice if you're only beginning to add colour to your wardrobe? Hard to wear pink, chartreuse ...and find a jacket in your wardrobe that matches?! So many of us have swathes of navy, black and grey i.e. if you only wear neutrals how do you co-ordinate coloured pieces and work them into your outfit. Help.
I mixed match mustard yellow will very strong blue. What you think?
So I have asd which means that I have a really hard time communicating correctly to Dr’s when I’m sick especially when I’m really sick but I’ve found a trick ... I put on the colours I look most dead it, don’t bother showering ( which When you have ms is pretty easy to do) and put on some really good painkilling lotion which smell like a an incontinent nursing home and bring my husband to talk and suddenly I actually get medical care =) -All tricks are valid in love and war ;) Also use the opposite trick to fake energy... so that when I’m feeling awful I hide behind colour. Ie Don’t need to project energy as much and feel better myself for the colour therapy.
