RM has always been arrogant and hugely complacent, but are increasingly incompetent. They're damaging the reputation of UK precious metals with their production quality issues, especially the silver Britannia.
Your back and forth with the Royal mint puts me in mind of the old Abbot and Costello "Who's on First" routine. I have not gotten one yet, but I do want to get one.
I plan on purchasing one. Just hope it comes in good condition. In saying that the Royal Mail needs to Fix Up their act!!!!!!

I’ve bought 5 of them from Atkinsons and 💯 they advertised them in blister packs after your video earlier I went on to double check and now it’s showing a image without the blister and in the description it says they come in sleeves! Mine should arrive tomorrow so we’ll see

They have changed it and I got them to put mine in a capsule for free but still want the blister one😩
Nice looking bars. I thought I had bought a bunch of silver Britannias earlier in the year because of the historical significance of the trio. Pulled them out to give a set as a birthday gift and discovered I’d been stiffed. They sent me a bunch of British Milk Maids…😡
I do like the design, I’d be happy to have a couple in capsules.👌. There is a serial number, your particular bar’s number is 9999 ( pen ultimate minted bar, lucky😂)

Up to the standards we've come to expect from RM. It will happen again and again again. Customers are an annoyance to them.
There is an insider theory that the guy responsible for cleaning the blister packs is still trying to get to work at 20MPH.

It’s all craziness 🥴 one way to get everyone to buy from RM if they are the only place to get them in blisters
me personally i wouldn't care about a serial number on a 1 ounce silver bar,,gold bar yea...maybe if you had a super custom collectable 1 ounce silver coin a serial would be nice but thats just basic bullion no crazy premium or anything so i wouldnt lose sleep over it or waste my time contacting the mint over it to be honest.
It’s not the serial number that bothers me mate, it’s the incorrect advertisement on the website that’s frustrating
The company i was going to but from are a few pounds cheaper than the royal mint, so probably would of ended up with 1 without the blister pack.
The gold ones do have a serial number.

Got mine from the mint today in a blister. Was ordering something else and found a free postage code so wasn’t so bad. Decent condition, seems both you and BYB have quality issues.
It's a shame how the Royal Mint produces the most beautiful silver products and fails on product control. I sold my three sets of the Queen's Beasts because of the milking on the rims. I've seen a monster box on YT with too much milking on one of the beasts.
Just received mine this morning .. theres like flecks of some white fluff inside the blister pack😢 all over the backside of it

Back to business! This is such a joke! Everyone responsible for this at the Royal Mint should be fired and then the Director should resign! Not just for this but the continuing BS that happens every day!
I haven't said anything all day about this because everyone has been spending a lot of money and are very excited about these bars. I don't want to be the big debbie downer😮
But with all this evidence {you & BYB have been reporting very respectfully and fully), it is now clear (AGAIN) that the RM must be totally boycotted. EVERYONE must stop buying anything (gold & silver. collections, even books) where the RM will get the money. Their revenue must go down by half or more!
STOP BUYING ROYAL MINT PRODUCTS!

I completely agree Mr Kiwi, enough is enough. They’ve even stopped responding to my emails now as well! I’m subscribed to the proof Tudor beasts collection but once I’ve completed that I won’t be going to direct to them for anything until they address all of the issues!

The gold one has the serial number engraved on it. Backyard bullion has it.
Tbh its just anounce of silver, not really worth a serial number. They just copied and pasted from gold webpage.

It really is about time that the RM puts QR code verification on its bullion blister packs like PAMP does if it doesn’t have a serial number. It’s a shame because it’s a nice piece for the mantelpiece - I’m not sure they’re a good stacking bar.

The level of incompetency in RM is truly going up and up. I bought 1 just to say that I have one, but I think they mess up the mintage numbers as well. I think we will see a version of this bar with 10 k mintage on a blister pack with Serial Numbers going for...40£? It will be though too late as the fiasco is done now and they destroyed a potential beautifull bar that was supposed to be the next Una and the Lion or something like that. Shame...
thanks a lot for the video, i was going to get it but not anymore. it would cost me about 40$ to get it shipped to India. doesnt seem worth it.

The mintage on the 10 oz only 6000! That's low!! So this is a collector's bar?
70,000 in total and 10,000 in the blister packs
....and then Chards receive their order and they have the shock of their lives because they are vinyl wrapped. What are the chances?
RM have actually stopped replying to my emails now as well. Complete shambles of a release this one. A real shame as it takes the edge of it being a nice looking bar
@@365DaysofSilver I think they know that this has been a disaster for PR purposes. It only makes it worse when they cut off correspondence. BYB had issues with trying to return faulty goods too. It's not a good look.
