- Let's eat the ENTIRE POPEYES MENU!!!!! I haven't had Popeyes in what seems like ages. Actually, I think I've only ever had Popeyes maybe once before shooting this video. So, did I jump into the fried chicken deep end? You know I did! Whats your go to Popeye Chicken order? Am I the only one who thinks that blackened ranch dressing should be elected as our next president?!?!

Did you get anything spicy other than the sandwich? Your Popeye's online ordering is missing a lot. They usually have shrimp, fish, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw too. The chicken tenders dipped in the Mac and cheese is incredible!
My location doesn't have the red beans and rice on its menu. But she also missed the apple pie.
They didn't have any of these!!! I for sure wouldn't have missed an apple pie!!!!@@angelsnyder6381
@@ErinRobinson you have to find a location near you that has them because while I'm not an apple pie fan I always get one from Popeyes there so good. There mash potatoes with Cajun gravy are also really good.

We finally got Popeyes in BC (Canada), and it was LIFE CHANGING. I have to drive an hour to get to the nearest location but it’s worth it!

My favorite sauces are the blackened ranch and the sweet heat. The blackened tenders are great too. I see someone mentioned those already, but you gotta try the sweet heat sauce too. At one time or another they had waffle battered chicken tenders. So good

Popeye's is one of my favs and now I'm craving it! Go to order is spicy chicken sandwich with the buttermilk ranch (I know the blackened one is better but it's too spicy with the sandwich), red beans and rice, frozen lemonade, and apple pie. Their desserts really are fun and they are always switching them up!

Idk if you have a Churches chicken or even a Chicken Express near you, but we go to chicken Express for the sweet tea. You should really get a gallon of each, sweet and unsweet, so you can dilute the sweet. Churches chicken has the best biscuits! They're a drop style that are slathered with honey butter after they're baked. They also have fried okra and jalapeño poppers.
When you brought up how your dad eats mayo and banana sandwiches, it took me back! My dad did too! He also crumbled cornbread into a glass and poured milk over it, then ate it like a cornbread milkshake.
The sweet heat sauce on spicy tenders. So good. Red beans NO RICE. The blackened chicken tenders are way to salty but you didn't get any blackened chicken.
I have no idea why there was no blackened chicken at all on my menu...the fact that they had nothing of the "blackened chicken" variety makes me wonder if my local spot doesn't have it right now or something

We used to have a Popeyes here in Mass that was on the highway and they had the best Onion Rings of all time. Long closed now, and most other Popeyes do not offer them. Must have been a Mass thing. Have a fabulous day Erin 😃

I have never had the pleasure of trying popeyes but i would love to!! If you ever travel to Atlantic Canada, you must try a chicken place called "Mary browns" chicken and taters. Sooooo good
Girl, the Hardee's in Springdale Arkansas had some off the best biscuits growing up..My mom and I used to stop before going to HS/work...but that was around 2002-2004...love your channel!
Those were the glory days of Hardee's biscuits I believe! We use to go by there every Christmas morning on our way to our family's house to open presents. They were worthy of eating on the best day of the year!
Nugget is made with leftovers of the chicken and a tender from the tenderloin of the chicken

Alright Mrs Robinson, I always forget you're from NC, and we just got back from a trip to OBX. Where was your Bojangles comment last week when I could have used it!? While I'm talking about NC, this trip was the first time I ever tried Cheerwine, and I loved it!
I did a video almost 2 years ago now comparing the regular to spicy chicken sandwich at Popeyes, and I'm pretty sure you're right about the regular being juicer. One thing I'll say is that when someone orders a sandwich there (at least in my area) they come out with the white glove treatment and put care into the assembly. As opposed to the other food, they just dump into cardboard.
I think we have the same aversion to chicken on the bone.

This video is actually PERFECT timing for me…We JUST got a Popeyes here in my area of Northern Minnesota/North Western Wisconsin recently so I can FINALLY try it for myself! I know it’s wild I’ve NEVER had Popeyes in my life! (I even lived in Florida for a few years & that’s where it was created I believe!)
Now you need to start traveling to other areas to try our fast food restaurants! You MUST come to Minneapolis-St Paul (MN/WI) to try CULVERS butter burgers, Cheese Curds & Frozen Custard as they will change your life Erin! We DID create Bucca DeBeppo & TARGET…So we know how to make some amazing things!

I've never tried Popeye's, so I appreciate the service you're bringing to the world. I don't hate chicken on the bone, though I never get it. I feel like tenders are so much less work. But there is this spicy chicken place near me, Red Chickz, that gave me the bone in wings instead of boneless. They were so much better! I think maybe the bone makes the meat more tender. Also ... now I want to try Popeyes.
You nailed it!! Chicken on the bone is more work than nuggets! That's not the only reason I don't love it but I will add that to the list! And you NEED to try Popeyes FOR SURE!!
Love me some Bojangles 🤤😋🤤😋. They're dark meat fried chicken, Cajun pintos, Mac n cheese, and biscuit dinner is soooooo good with some honey and butter. They used to have Cheerwine on tap but swapped it out for Dr. Pepper. My hubby and kids like the tenders and fries there too but Bojangles fries are definitely some Daddy sized fries. Also you want a KILLER strawberry biscuit dessert you got to get the strawberry shortcake at Roy Rogers. It's a buttermilk biscuit, juicy sugared strawberries, and vanilla ice cream.
As a Puerto Rican who grew up eating white rice covered in kidney beans, I will never understand eating mostly beans with just like a spoonful of rice. But then to also add cheese to it?! I love cheese, and I'm sure it'd taste great, but my inner Latino is screaming at that suggestion. LOL Love you, girl!

9:30 chicken tenders is supposed to be the best part of the chicken breast. Chicken strips are the other parts of the breast that aren't the tender. Nuggets are chicken scraps formed into a shape.
The great thing about Popeyes nuggets is they are actually just small pieces of chicken breast. So they aren’t gross mixed meat paste😂

Chicken tenders are supposed to be made with the tenderloin but I doubt most chains do that. I think they all just dice up whatever chicken they have into strips to make it look like a tender.

Most places use white breast meat for nuggets now. McDonald’s still combines all sorts of chicken for theirs. 😮

@@ErinRobinson It's kind of a weird distinction because the tenderloin in beef is actually pretty different and is considerably more tender (and less fatty). The chicken tenderloin is basically just the other side of a chicken breast and isn't much different. I think it's mostly marketing and now "tenders" just sort of means a shape. Chicken strips to me can also be called tenders.

Usually chicken nuggets are usually, almost always, mechanically processed chicken with other ingredients ground in. Whereas tenders/strips are the chunk of true meat 🍖 👍

Someone else said theirs had blackened chicken as well! The menu at my local spot didn’t have these. I was confused because some of the photos had mashed potatoes in them but no option to buy them! Only the beans 😢

Listen. To. Me! Get the nuggets, get a side of mashed potatoes and gravy, extra gravy. Then dunk your nuggets in the mashed potatoes and gravy. So...good! Also, technically nuggets are SUPPOSED to be made from the main breast meat, and tenders are from essentially the tenderloin of the breast.

I loved this! Now I need Popeyes😂 I love the nuggets with the Mardi Gras Mustard. Also love the blackened ranch but that Mardi Gras mustard is amazingggg. And I love that strawberry biscuit. It’s unreal. But also love the apple pie. I agree the biscuits are just too dense and flat. Nothing special.

Someone probably already said this. But if you want white meat chicken that is only the wing & breast. Not the leg or thigh. Those are dark meat and usually more tendons too.
Popeyes is my most favorite fast food. I love the spicy strips, mashed potatoes, no gravy, & biscuits. I open the biscuit spread a little butter on it & then top it with my mashed potatoes then eat it. I also dip my strip in the taters too lol!
