I stopped using Bonehilda in the Sims 1 after she ADOPTED MY BABY! She was nursing her, and my sims couldn't quite put in baby time because the darn skeleton took over every waking moment of it. Then suddenly she went into the closet with it! It was not a glitch, because there was a game message for it. I don't remember the wording, I just freaked out at having her in the house. Just as with the robot station in sims2 where the cleaning robot destroyed my house. Garbage and cockroaches multiplied into a plague and cursed the house... Maybe not cursed, buuut.

In TS3, whenever I make a sim version of me, I always include "Neurotic" since I have OCD. When I learned that Neurotic Sims flee when they see Bonehilda, I was extremely offended. I'd *never* disrespect Bonehilda like that.

When I found out about Bonehilda during my Sims 3 days, I thought she was a bit overpowered to have. She basically does the job that you'd pay to get done. I did get a challenge for myself in it, though. One of the children in my household was afraid of her and had trouble getting around the house when she was there.
I think if they ever decide to take ideas from Happy Haunts to put into another pack, since it won 2nd place, then Bonehilda could make a come back in that pack. She could also just be in a free content update for Halloween at any time. She shouldn't take that much resources since we already have skeletons, maids and butlers so they'd just have to re-skin the code for her, and then re-skin the coffins animations from vampires for her to use.

On top of it even witches who could live in outside world, also became sparse, trying to hide within mortals after their world started to fall apart. To the point where for longest time we didn't know who was a spellcaster - until we found destroyed Realm of Magic for ourselves. Mermaids also fully lost their own home, blending with mortals to the point of losing their naturally scaly legs. Trying to survive under the protection of island spirits, but majorly struggling with over polluted world. All of it making those three groups last standing occults after mass hunting of any Supernaturals. 11:35 Juno being the only Alien that cares about occult lifes.

The lore is what really fascinated me and kept me hooked from day 1. The fact that Sims 4 has NO lore at all is one of the things that really lets it down. I mean all these years later we are STILL talking about lore from the original game. It's absolutely addictive
Whenever I play TS4 and I have a maid, I just use MCCC to rename them to Bonehilda and then transform them into a skeleton with it. Sadly it's temporary so I have to keep renewing it, but I'm still pleased.

If te Sims 4 is on an alternate timeline to the other sims games and EA didn't want Bonehilda walking around because it might mess with the aesthetic so the og Sims 4 than they could always have a character known as Hilda who is an amazing and dedicated maid. That way thry could embed lore into it explaining that on this timeline Bonehilda never died/lost her body and that would at least mean we know she isn't being overlooked.

I'm just super psyched that Bonie Babe is in the Sims 4 now! I never got to play with her in the earlier Sims games as a child, but now as an adult, I'm slowly buying all the Sims 4 packs! When the Sims 5 comes out, I will probably wait to play it until they have a couple packs out and a bit of the inevitable bugs fixed. When the Sims 4 came out it legit took me like 4 years to want to play because it seemed like it sucked tbh. When Base Game was released there were NO toddlers, and NO pools. That was what turned me off. I started watching Simmers on RUclips in 2020, because of quarantine, and it seemed the game was ironed out pretty well so I started playing. I love Sims 4 now. Legit, my favorite game! I do miss some of the lore and features of old Sims games, but Sims 4 is my favorite. #unpopularopinion

When I found out about Bonehilda during my Sims 3 days, I thought she was a bit overpowered to have. She basically does the job that you'd pay to get done. I did get a challenge for myself in it, though. One of the children in my household was afraid of her and had trouble getting around the house when she was there.

I think if they ever decide to take ideas from Happy Haunts to put into another pack, since it won 2nd place, then Bonehilda could make a come back in that pack. She could also just be in a free content update for Halloween at any time. She shouldn't take that much resources since we already have skeletons, maids and butlers so they'd just have to re-skin the code for her, and then re-skin the coffins animations from vampires for her to use.

I would love more 'history of' videos! They're some of my favorites on your channel, and inspired me to rebuild my TS4 save file with notable families (Altos, Pleasants, Broke family, Langeracks, etc.) and orchestrating their relationships and interactions with some of the newer TS4 families.

10:00 Wait that fits with Sims 4. Timelines were fixed which lead to creating new timeline with Bella being saved from being abducted. But nothing changed when it comes to awful situation of Supernaturals.
Vampires became hunted down to the point where Vlad, the young adult is the last vampire who tries to survive in small town with his vampiric children, who also aren't really fond of his lifestyle, but won't leave the FORGOTTEN Hollow cause they dont want to die.
On top of it even witches who could live in outside world, also became sparse, trying to hide within mortals after their world started to fall apart. To the point where for longest time we didn't know who was a spellcaster - until we found destroyed Realm of Magic for ourselves.
Mermaids also fully lost their own home, blending with mortals to the point of losing their naturally scaly legs. Trying to survive under the protection of island spirits, but majorly struggling with over polluted world.
All of it making those three groups last standing occults after mass hunting of any Supernaturals.

I mean we do get Bonehilda's relatives in Jungle Adventure when you get the totem (forgot the right parts to it or the specific name of the totem...but yeah) where you can summon a bone slave to clean your homes.
Everytime I played the sims 3 Bonehilda was a must in my families so yeah, I was bumded out when she wasn't and hasn't been included in the sims 4
The lore is what really fascinated me and kept me hooked from day 1. The fact that Sims 4 has NO lore at all is one of the things that really lets it down. I mean all these years later we are STILL talking about lore from the original game. It's absolutely addictive
Whenever I play TS4 and I have a maid, I just use MCCC to rename them to Bonehilda and then transform them into a skeleton with it. Sadly it's temporary so I have to keep renewing it, but I'm still pleased.
Firstly: Absolutely loved the intro

Thirdly: EA should've included her in Realm of Magic. Period.

I added Bonehilda as the Goth's maid in Sims 4 and it wasn't planned but she turned out to be a secret serial killer because she's in love with the Grim Reaper and lives for their interactions.

If te Sims 4 is on an alternate timeline to the other sims games and EA didn't want Bonehilda walking around because it might mess with the aesthetic so the og Sims 4 than they could always have a character known as Hilda who is an amazing and dedicated maid. That way thry could embed lore into it explaining that on this timeline Bonehilda never died/lost her body and that would at least mean we know she isn't being overlooked.
It's official. 2021 can now be the year of Justice for Bonehilda (or as my close captions call her: bone hell, bored Hilda & born Hilda. I'm just super psyched that Bonie Babe is in the Sims 4 now! I never got to play with her in the earlier Sims games as a child, but now as an adult, I'm slowly buying all the Sims 4 packs! When the Sims 5 comes out, I will probably wait to play it until they have a couple packs out and a bit of the inevitable bugs fixed. When the Sims 4 came out it legit took me like 4 years to want to play because it seemed like it sucked tbh. When Base Game was released there were NO toddlers, and NO pools. That was what turned me off. I started watching Simmers on RUclips in 2020, because of quarantine, and it seemed the game was ironed out pretty well so I started playing. I love Sims 4 now. Legit, my favorite game! I do miss some of the lore and features of old Sims games, but Sims 4 is my favorite. #unpopularopinion
I'm a new subscriber, started watching from recent build videos. I actually binged the whole history of series this past weekend. Such a fun series of videos. Only been playing the Sims a little over a year so I don't know a ton of lore so loving these videos.
