@@best1terrie Sneezing into your arm may reduce the spread of a virus or bacteria but it's not ideal. People need to step away before sneezing in an outdoor setting. Indoors, some people sneeze loudly and forcefully with no attempt to sneeze into their arm, or something else. Covid is on the rise again, as well as other viruses, so a mask may be in order. People need to be aware of others around them and realize that many have health issues that Covid or another virus would complicate matters. Let's be considerate and not sneeze or cough on others.

How is OP's barking dog Cindy's responsibility? I must this is one of my pet peeves - neighbors that let their dog(s) bark all night and then get annoyed when somebody complains about it. However, as far as OP needing to pay for her home maintenance bills, Cindy is being a bit ridiculous.
