WOW, THANK YOU SOO MUCH! YOU ANSWERED EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED TO HEAR IN THE FIRST 2 SECONDS!!!! I looked everywhere for the "free advice" to gain "testimonies" for my business and couldn't find anything about contracts relating to testimony exchange services! It literally took me forever to find this information.
Thank you so much for such helpful, very informative videos that are to the point and are exactly what new coaches need! No other channel comes even close to yours! Believe me I have looked!❤❤❤ I have a question and grateful in advance for answering it🌸: - Do you send your clients an invoice for the payments?
Thank you, Jessica. I'm glad you found it insightful. Depending on the type of work you do, there might be other contracts involved. If you only do 1:1 coaching, the coaching contract is sufficient. If you also do facilitation, associate work, course delivery, public speaking, etc. then you might consider a contract for each of these engagements. Sometimes the contract will be provided by the company or organisation you collaborate with and sometimes you'll have to create your own. Also, if you do corporate coaching work, the company might have a coaching contract that contains different/extra elements than what I mentioned in the video. It all depends on the type of work, but I would advise having a contract in place for most engagements.
Erika, have a look at Hiscox, Towergate or Westminster. These are the main providers coaches use as far as I know. However, please do your own research as well and go with a company that suits your insurance needs.
This video offers a ton of value in just 8 minutes. Thanks a MILLION!!

Thanks for this nice video. However, the link to the ICF coaching agreement template doesn't work.
Thanks for pointing that out, they must have changed its location. I've updated the link now if you want to try again 😊

Insightful video Alisa. Apart from the coaching contract, are there any other contracts or documents that may apply?

Thank you. Will you give us a couple of insurance companies to get insured with as a coach?
