I had Brick Bazooka. A few years ago I noticed the Corps by Lanard toys made these 6" Commando Elite style figures that brought back many childhood memories of that film! :)
As a kid I loved the gorgonites soo much and eventually found a pretty big insaniac figure and loved that thing to death, I would love to see a rerelease of them all

Absolutely beautiful set. I was obsessed with Small Soldiers. Recently bought the new Blu-ray. That would be cool to see Hasbro do some kind of legacy release.
5:33 The brand new experience is nice but when custom jobs are done properly the stock toys don't stack up, there people who have re-painted them movie accurately and even made the proper box. The toy companies aren't bothered about authenticity, they're just selling toys that are hyped by a newly released film, unfortunately unless another small soldiers film was to release you'll never see them in stores ever again.
I think it’s weird that people describe small soldiers as toy story I never really connected they two when I was young. I just loved both. Also the Gorgonites are way cooler than the commando elite
i was the hugest fan as a kid! i got my kip killigan from toys r us in windsor ontario in canada , i remember grabbing it from the shelf and opening it right away in the backseat of my grandmas car, i brought it kindergarten the next day haha, can happily say i still have my kip
Kip killigan was expensive...I have him out of box he completed my out of box collection..I have pretty big small soldiers collection is cool to see other people that are into this things..

What a story! I also have to agree I found it sad and disappointing that they never continued the line or at least didn't make the remaining Commando Elite figures whereas they had different variations of The Gorgonites and Chip. Back then I had almost every Gorgonite and what available Commanos there were at the time- fast forward today I have the regular Archer, Chip, Brick, Nick and Kip (And believe it or not, I aquired him many years ago and when I got him from Ebay, most I paid for him was either 40 or 50 bucks which is now shocking today now that he is the estimate you mentioned he's worth) and then the 12 inch talking figures of Chip and Archer that was the closet to movie replicas there were (still working today).... I will say though technology today has done wonders considering there are now people with 3D printers and they are literally printing, piecing together ans painting their own replicas of the Commandos and Gorgonites which look absolutely amazing and if I have the money and someone starts selling a set I will likely pick one up.

What I love about the commando elite was the obvious play on GI Joe. The codenames, the art, the little information on the box about who each commando was. I was like 5 years old when this film was released, I didn't watch it until 1999 when I got the video for my birthday, from that moment the figures was seriously rare, I got that obsessed with the film my entire family was helping out looking for the toys 😂 I remember my auntie going on a course through work to America and also had a good look around for them, I now own all the commando elite apart from Kip lol

I completely get what you mean about “all common sense going out of the window” when you’re buying figure stuff. I really enjoy collecting 1/6 scale figures and I really wanted to make a Kurt Cobain one. I found someone selling a sculpted head in China and it was like £25 but sure enough I bought it along with a body that was like £15 and some clothing and a guitar that all came to about £20. It was an expensive project but you can’t put a price on the joy it gives a collector.
I still mad and upset they never released a butch meathook and link static figure but they released multiple versions of archer and chip hazard that wasn't necessary like an electric chip with the lighting bolt symbol on its uniform, charging battle archer and armored archer, both archers including a shield, bone claws, and sword.
I'm so sad that the movie did bad, when I saw this for the first time I thought it was so awesome. I slowly forgot about it but I've had some pretty epic purchases so far. I recommend flea markets. It's like toy story and rescue heroes put together but way more badass

Abit old but you can get them now a guy 3d prints them and makes them official toys so they have light up belts ect also apart of the small soldiers group on Facebook where people spare there work so if u interested look on RUclips for him

They did release some 12’ figures of archer and chip hazard. But they weren’t movie accurate. They are available online from custom creators complete with boxes as they appear in the movie. However they are extremely expensive

I'm finding it hard to find the one I had. I had archer, wrist to elbow size figure. The ones I'm seeing are very bland looking not very vintage at all its boggling my brain 😂 I'm still due to get in my mums loft and have a look through my old s**t.. got some buried treasures 😌

I have that same archer and I use to have the chip hazard only because I found it on the beach with only one arm and some coral stuck to it.

My action changing archer was my favorite toy as a kid, just found out how much it's worth, missing a few pieces, but I doubt I'd ever sell it.
I wanted the Gorgonites alot more as a kid just cause of how different each one was but could never afford any of them.
