1. There were rumours that Otuoma was working with Ruto in secrecy. The move to openly meet Ruto was to clear these rumours. Now he can say he met the president openly and with the blessings of the party leadership.
2. I strongly believe the hecklers during ODM rallies were Florence Mutua's supporters and not Omtata's supporters. Most likely paid crowds.
3. Omtata will win if he decides to run but he is very unlikely to run.
