    Wow! Brig. (retired) Ahmed Mohammed is a brilliant military officer and strategist. Indeed, he's one of our very best officers and as a citizen am very proud of his service to our nation. His chronological history lesson about our military has got me inspired and glued to the show. Almighty God keep him strong and healthy.

    Brilliant Show! Clearly the late General Ogolla was smart, no wonder his father gave him special treatment right from childhood..As was testified by the sister... father spotted a gifted child early

    Such an excellent and clear explanation. Loved it, going through the history. Now we have it here for future reference. "I'll always as a Major in all my ways", are great thing to learn from history. May God bless Brigade. Mohammed, Rtrd Opande, Tonje, and may General Ogolla fade peacefully.

    So sad we lost such a son of Kenya. We ought to learn to take pride in our best officers and appreciate and love them for the hard assignment they undertake. Loosing them does not help our country. It also makes our country fragile if we keep loosing them. So disappointing.

    Please Yvonne your diagrammatic military ranking was wrong. You start from second lieutenant, 1st Lieutenant, Captain, Major, Lieutenant Colonel, Colonel, Brigadier, Major General, Lieutenant General, 4 Star General and finally 5 Star General.

      Back in the day, before the 2 coups he talked about majority of cadets who made it to the airforce were from a certain region. A levels , pass in sciences were the bare minimums due to the technical nature of the various tasks ahead... could it be the Omega 3 from fish?

    Wow the narrator and the subject; two true soldiers' soldiers. However, shouldn't it be time for the military to open up '4 star' promotions to officers other than the person appointed as CDF. Granted the CDF would still be the first among equal (chairman) as it happens in other jurisdictions. Thus seniority would be still be maintained by office held.
