You have shown us all how to turn this difficult quilt into “bite size” easier steps. Thank you so much. Absolutely love this tutorial. Definitely the easiest to follow that I have seen. I feel far less intimidated by this now.
Fantastic video. Thank you! I love the way you show how you can make completely different quilts just by rearranging the layout. So fun and inspiring. Think I'll go quilt now!
This pattern has intimidated me for many years. But just picked out a larger print and it actually came out perfect but did take me almost an hour. Half of that time was spent looking at it afraid to cut it😄
I couldn't understand this method and I have made many Kaleidoscope quilts based on Bethaney Reynolds Kaleidoscope books. Bethaney's first two books are fantastic - they are keepers because her directions are amazingly well written with many size options - the best. But, I plan to buy Teresa's books, too, because her methods are just plain revolutionary!!!
Oh, so clever and very pretty. I have a few florals that've been around far too long. This pattern would be perfect. Thanks Teresa Have an enjoyable Thanksgiving.
FYI if you use four layers cut the squares the same as width of the strip. This is called a 4 patch posie and you put them together as a square. I can't find a class on this hint hint for Teresa. It's great for beginners because squares are more familiar
Hi Teresa. I was just wondering... thus quilt has been made with just one fabric? The white and pink areas are just a consequence of the way you cut the fabric?
I learned to do it about 20 years ago. It was called a "stack and whack" quilt. I've made about 6 quilts this way. I'm glad to see that it is still being done.
Thank you I have made mine. They are beautiful. And it was from such ugly fabric I didn’t think I would ever use. Lol how would I make them into a block instead of a hexagon?
Rhonda Polk if watching from phone top screen there will be 3 dots push that and it will take u to play normal slow fast however u like. I also had to do it, it was to fast for me too. I hope this helps
very terrible video. way too fast. I had to reduce the playback speed by half in order to see anything at all. why do you do such a nonsense ?? that's the people ripped .... because of 4 minutes .... mega dislike !!!
Bravo! This is definitely one of the prettiest kaleidoscope quilts for me. It is so soft, beautiful colors. Thank you very much.🤩
You are so welcome!
This woman is the most talented, easy to watch quilter I have ever seen!!!
Thank you ! That’s a big compliment 😊

I’ve meant to make one of those for a long time. I’ll get to it eventually 😊
Hi Teresa. I was just wondering... thus quilt has been made with just one fabric? The white and pink areas are just a consequence of the way you cut the fabric?
Just one fabric that’s right 😊
Lindooooo! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
🙏🙏
Lindíssimo
Parabéns
🙏
Very fascinating!
🙏
Wow amazing
🙏
Wow that what some call a 1 block wonder
I learned to do it about 20 years ago. It was called a "stack and whack" quilt. I've made about 6 quilts this way. I'm glad to see that it is still being done.
That’s the name I came across the first time
It’s a stack and whack technique I agree. But I’ve also seen references to this type of quilt as one block wonder
Ого! Это высший пилотаж!
👍
Beautiful!!!!
🙏
The Best!!! From Moskow.
Thank you
precioso y dificilísimo¡¡¡me encanta
No lo creas, se hace muy rápido
Brilliant!
😊😊🙏🙏
The title is very misleading. I have made a kaleidoscope table runner and it took me more than 4 minutes. It is a very beautiful quilt.
👍
Que bonic!!🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷
Gracias 😊
wow. amazing.
🙏
Thank you I have made mine. They are beautiful. And it was from such ugly fabric I didn’t think I would ever use. Lol how would I make them into a block instead of a hexagon?
For a block you’ll have to add 30 degree triangles to 4 sides. Cut the triangles slightly larger than your hexagon triangles and slice in half
Teresa DownUnder thank you so much!
So very beautiful!!! Love to make this one! You say only four yards of fabric?
For this quilt I used 4 yards yes
Just for the floral fabric
How big was the finished quilt?
Thank you for responding so quickly
BEAUTIFUL!! :)
🙏
Magnifique
Merci
So clever

TOO FAST - NO EXPLAINING - COULDN'T FOLLOW !
Rhonda Polk if watching from phone top screen there will be 3 dots push that and it will take u to play normal slow fast however u like. I also had to do it, it was to fast for me too. I hope this helps
👏👏👏👏💖💖💖
😊🙏
Ok, well, that clearly wasn’t done is four minutes.
I guess not 😂😂
No part of this is four minutes except the film editing.
Good point! I should have said how to learn in 4 minutes LOL
😮👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🥀
The video runs too fast to follow
You can adjust the playback speed in the settings
Much to fast, cannot understand or follow!
Everyone who knows this technic already will understand this video. All other .... it´s much too fast.
You can adjust the RUclips playback settings to play at different speeds.
