Further, I want to argue that it's not that there are no Jobs in South Africa, there are, challenge is the quality of the prospective employees, EQ and IQ levels are below par. Secondly, our youth take up courses in tertiary institutions, not because they are called to study that or are gifted, but they take up courses because their friends are studying the same course, or they've seen someone else who's studied the course and because that person drives a nice car, now they also want the same. The results of this is that, 1. they get qualifications but can't even apply what they've learnt/the skill because they are not passionate about what they've studied and were studying to get 50 and pass, not to master a skill. 2. We have millions of graduates that studied logistics, supply chain, nursing, accounting(common fields of study) and have not taken time to check, what are the skills and expertise the country needs and is in demand for? e.g., we need Doctors(specialists, Surgeons), how many qualify(can commit themself and up their grades) and enroll for this? We need engineers(Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical), software developers, DBA's (5th industrial revolution, Ai....) Pilots, Air hostesses (travel the world)? Trust me those that study these are in the hundreds if not thousands. Then ask, whose likely to be employed here? The millions or thousands of graduates? So please, even if we do change political leadership, our youth will still make the same study decision mistakes..... By the way, I made my own study decision mistake tooo..... 😁

Look around, if you care to see, you'll admit that ANC has done something. You'll also see that we the people are also to blame for the destruction we see around us. It is individuals who take bribes(home Affairs, Saps, JMPD) not the ANC, it is individuals who don't do the work they are employed for(nurses arriving at 10am at clinics, neglecting patients, Eskom and Rand Water technicians who don't conduct maintenance, subotage infrastructure) It is individuals....... Without the ANC's efforts to win democracy for all of us in 1994, I'm of the firm view, that I wouldn't have studied in the 'Model C' schools(formerly white only), I wouldn't have gotten a fair chance at going to University, I wouldn't be driving the car, living in the house and working for the entity I'm currently employed by and these are facts, not wishy washy stuff or the alternative facts people are fed today. Lastly, if you don't like ANC, good, stop bad mouthing it, you waisting your time, vote the party you want and need and your vote shouldn't based on anger or resentment against but should be based on the policies that a party will implement for your benefit......
