Mind blown! Didn't even think of using a pressure cooker for hard boiled eggs.

The first time I made eggs in the pressure cooker, I was pleasantly surprised at how perfect they were and easy to peel. I'll never cook them another way.

What a great way to hard 'boil' eggs. I'm gonna be trying egg bites in my Ninja pressure cooker.

First batch of 6 eggs came out perfect (6/4)! Only compliant I couldn't stop eating them ... Put 12 in this morning, making pickled eggs, if I don't eat them first. Tap each end of egg on counter then roll until shell is cracked, peel it off.

That's awesome! The best part is how easy the shells come off. Love that.

If you use high pressure, reduce the cooking time to 5 minutes. I like my hard-boiled eggs a bit softer than usual, so I usually do a rapid release after 4 minutes, unless I'm making deviled eggs. Also, I put my eggs in a vegetable basket to keep the walls away from the precious cargo (Humpty Dumpty taught me at an early age that a wall is an egg's natural enemy).

Can you put 2 layers of eggs in the cooker in order to cook more eggs to save time?

You might be a ble to stack them a little, but I'm not sure if that will cause any to break or not. The trays that come with the machine either don't have enough clearance above or below to get a second row of eggs in there, however. Just doing the single row like in the video, you should still be able to get about 14 or so in there.

Hmn, I always imagined eggs would get all xsplody in a pressure cooker - good 2 know. _ I imagine the steam & cold bath R the major contribution 2 ez 2 peel. I use an electric egg steamer- always works consistently- auto shut off _ ez 2 clean

Yeah.. Those egg steams work super well too. How long do those take when you use em?
