Have had them year and 4 months, silver ones. I had to switch phones because with my Xiaomi these where cutting and skipping audio every 5-10 min so very bad desynchronization issue. Now i am on my s24 ultra the issue is mostly ok now. Earphones have had about 3-4 updates and everytime they get better so it is a software issue. Ah yes and now for past 6 months the right earphone doesn't want to charge in the case, i have to use rubberstrap over the case so the eight one to charge. My usual routine using them daily is about 7h as i am a CNC operator and it's noisy at work. Only plus side for them is audio sound. Btw the jbl headphones app runs on my s24 ultra something like 10 fps if you scroll in the app. These are my first and last JBL product i use😉
Hi, the cutting audio issue is a very known problem in the JBL Live Pro 2 community but it seems that there is no decent review in RUclips or internet that says it... its weird that these people live of reviewing productos but never "noticed" this problem even when doing the "after one ir of use" or that kind of things... Sadly there is no solution to the day, in my case its still cutting while using them with my iphone and my windows pc. I hate that most people spend time looking for reviews on a product and they dont mention this kind of things, I purchase them beacuse they were pretty good when looking the reviews... but now I know the truth about this product and JBL... never again

@drups87 thank you for watching and the information, I haven’t experienced this issue and neither has Arbie who won the free pair, I wonder if it’s due to a manufacturing issue in a certain region, where did you get yours from? I’m based in Australia
@@MrYouWhoit seems that the issue is all iver the world. I bought them in Europe. If i had done a little search in google by typing in "JBL live pro 2 issues" you would be amazed how many people there are with the same problem. Some have even bought new ones and have had them swapped out by warranty and still the problem exist.
Yes, the sound is very nice, but there is a problem with the right earphone. I bought 3 and the right earphone of 2 of them does not work. I think there is a problem with the software. It does not recognize the right earphone.
Having a lot of trouble with battery life they're supposed to be 10 hours each each bud with noise canceling turned off I'm only getting about four hours with noise canceling turned off on a full charge

There is an amplified background noise for me and the recipient during calls. Are there any settings that need to turn off or something?

Oh god yeah that's nowhere near enough, how long have you had the earbuds for? You should be getting more than that!
Mine is sometimes lose the sound about 1/3 seconds then works normally during listening music. How about yours?
No it shouldn't be doing that, what are you connected to when you lose the sound. Mine never had any problems. Thanks for watching as well!
